Another case where the winner of the tourney has had multiple entries into the freeroll and one of them was good enough to win.
Does 32Red allow players to use all their accounts from the various sites (32Red, Dash, Golden Lounge, Nedplay) to play in the daily freeroll?
Some players make it obvious that it's the same player multi-accounting to have unfair advantage against other players that only use one entry. And yestedays winner was such an example.

Did you consider asking livechat which are available 24/7? For your information I use all my 4 accounts often to play the freerolls or other tournaments. And yes it is allowed and not unfair why would it be unfair as everyone can use this? :what:

Ehm multiple accounts? :D You can have 1 account with each casino so how can this be multiple accounts?? If you tried having 2 accounts at 32Red as example then microgaming system would block a new user for tournaments as you can only have 1 at each casino

Also again I repeat it is not cheating. Competing in all Freerolls or any microgaming tournament is allowed across all Casino groups. I used to play the 3 hour freeroll as well with another group which now block UK players.

I know it's not allowed but you can still make multiple acounts with different email adresses and fake player information.

The best thing to do is maybe to not use a similar name.
I think I have Tirilej on 3 of them and the 4th something else. I won't tell

No, I don't often play them all. I don't want to have more than one casino downloaded and I ony play them when I don't have any money.
They are great though, and the same for everyone.
Just like other tournaments MG have, you can play from several accounts.

Yeah you are right. This is one of the reason I don't want to invest in bigger tournaments as I don't trust everything goes after rulebooks.

As I am not sure how they can prevent a bigger group of fraudsters around the globe making 4 accounts each and buy in to the bigger tournaments.

But VinylMan seems to have had big success in a lot places :p

PS sorry to AntiWifi I did not mean to have a lash on you. As I can understand how you might have seen it as multi accounting. I do follow you that 1 entry should be it as many might only have 1 casino account at 32Red.

over year ago I asked 32red support if I could make an account at Dash in addition to my 32Red account, and then use that Dash account to play in the $250 daily freeroll and they said it's not allowed and if caught they would confiscate the winnings.

That's not true, but you should of course be a depositing player.
It's not that easy to win on those tournaments. I had a few small winnings in the beginning of last year, then nothing.
It's nice to have if you don't have anything to do but nothing you can make money on.

You see lots of stuff like that in the tourneys, especially if you look at the player list before a tournament starts. VPL group has a daily tournament too and when they had all 7 casinos quite often you'd see names all in a row like bobdog-crzyv, bobdog-cmate, bobdog-777d, bobdog-sunv etc.

Back in the old days if you could use the same tourney alias at all the microgaming casinos. But if there was a network tourney and you played at one casino, if you tried to enter the same tourney with the same alias at another casino, it wouldn't let you, so that's why people were doing stuff like that. Now you're forced to choose a different alias if you sign up at a new casino too, so it's just easier to use the same name and add to it, otherwise you're stuck with trying to find something that's not already being used by someone else.

Pretty sure the rule applies to all players....also from the casino view if the players continue or rebuy adds on to the entries.....

Microgaming initially enforced a one alias per player for the whole network policy. It was the OPERATORS that lobbied for the change whereby players could have one alias per skin, and thus multiple entries in tournaments. Far from not being allowed, operators pressured Microgaming into allowing it. The motive at the time was the big network "Grand Slam" tournament, where the top prize was $1,000,000. Casinos wanted to be able to boast that it was won on their skin, and they realised that they needed to attract the "big names" in terms of tournament players to play at their skin. The one alias policy meant that once a top player had been registered at a competitor, that was it, so the change was made so that several casinos could target players they wanted with a free VIP pass to the tournament (I got 4). What we have now is the fallout from this, and possibly some unintended consequences, such as multiple entries into operator specific tournaments that are designed to give money away, rather than make money through buy ins.

When it comes to multiple entries into the 999 continue tournaments, operators actually BENEFIT from a player keen to throw money into hundreds of continues on more than one alias, so they are not going to object, let alone act against it because other players have complained. In fact, complaints about multiple entries in bought tournaments have been made for years, the operators know full well it is going on, but choose to allow it.

If the operators wanted changes, they would simply have to get Microgaming to revert to the initial idea of a single network alias, but they probably won't go this far. What they COULD do though is implement a one alias per operator policy, so that for example, a player with 32Red group would only get a single alias across all 4 skins. This would enforce ONE entry to the local freerolls, and ONE entry into things like the locally run 10K pot 999 continue tournaments. It would STILL allow multiple entries into network events, so if there was ever another "Grand Slam", individual operators could still target the top players with free VIP entry, and said players could still play one alias per operator, giving each operator the best chance of being able to brag that the top prize was one by a player on their brand.

32Red could also implement "cross play" on their 4 skins, restricting players to a single sign in that works at all 4, and closing the old duplicates down. A side effect of this change would be to force a one alias across all 32Red brands policy for the tournaments.

Just to confirm that you can play these tournaments across all of our 4 brands. Apologies if this has not been communicated properly previously.

    Cheers

I think the OP was just talking about the $250 daily that's exclusive to the 32Red group.
