Hi Everyone bitsarz casino is operating very unethical. I opened an account and made two deposits, then I withdraw my winnings after meeting all necessary wagering requirements, they asked for supporting documents which i provided, and then i recieved the email below from them.
Hey,

We had a look at your account and as our terms have been violated your account has been permanently closed and all funds confiscated.

3.2.7
It's the responsibility of the player to ensure that all documents as a part of the KYC process are genuine. Faked or fraudulent documents provided may result in a confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of the player.

We reserve the right to provide any further information regarding this, but this is a final decision that can not be appealed against.

The balance deduction will look like a withdrawal but the funds were not paid out.

You are not permitted to use our site anymore as you have been permanently excluded.

None of my documents were fake and they dont respond to my emails, live chat nothing, the thing is I have a casino account at one of their sister casinos "King Billy" and i also made a withdrawal at that casino using the same documents with no problem at all, the documents were approved, and withdrawal processed successfully, They are very unethical now to have closed my account and forfieted my winnings. any help will be greatly appreciated..

Unless there is some major discrepancy between the documents you uploaded to their sister site and these ones, I'm sure @BitStarz can help out.

Would be interesting to see what happened.

So, you've copy-pasted this message in a PM to me (prior to posting), and you also posted the same text on LCB and contacted the admins there, all with the same message.

In the PM, I kindly asked you to provide your username as it is a bit hard for me to help you if I don't know who you are :) I also I think it would be a bit more productive if you could spend a little bit more time sending your username as opposed to copy-pasting this message on all forums online that you can find :)

I'm still waiting for that username btw (but I believe I found you).

I'm not a big fan of discussing your private details publicly here, as this will reveal your identity. But, without giving away anything that could identify you, you provided fake and manipulated documents as part of the KYC process. That would be the reason for us closing your account down.

I always welcome a PAB if you wish to take it there, as it allows us to both provide our sides of the story without putting your personal details on display.

EDIT: Kindly note that King Billy has nothing to do with us. We might have the same platform but it's completely separate and has no common employees or shareholders. So I can't speak for how they check their documents I'm afraid.

FTR this member was banned a while ago for spamming under a different user name. That old banned username visited at 10:35 this morning, 4 minutes later the 'kingbetter' account was opened from the same IP. Sorry to interrupt this thread.

I have PM'd @maxd who can make a decision on whether this member can be reinstated or if the PAB isn't vexatious, can continue with it.

On a side note, there's a thread on GPWA about this guy (matched by exact email) with some serious scam allegations by multiple parties. Totally unrelated to what he's suspected of at BitStarz of course, and I would never use that as an argument to take action for his suspicious activities BitStarz. It does raise some flags with me though I have to admit.

But yes, if @maxd wishes to go through with a PAB with this guy, I'm always happy to support that by providing our side of the story with evidence to match as always.

Dude has been banned for multiple accounts here at Casinomeister. PAB service is only available to Casinomeister members in good standing. Obviously that does not include this person so no, no PAB on this one.

Oh, changed the thread title to better reflect the situation. :D
Original (at the time I changed it) was "Bitstarz closed my account for no reason and wont pay my winnings".
