Question much better users pls help with verification

hi mates

i have a problem with verification via much better
a casino is asking screenshot of the deposit with my account details shown

but when in app i click on transaction it don't show any account details it just show my transaction
and the casino is insisting they can only payout if i give the details


so guys pls help me out here

If you mean a screenshot of your transaction in your casino account, can you not open 2 browser pages at once, 1 with your account details and one with the deposit transaction, and screen shot it?
Or if you mean your banking app, aren't you able to just screen shot a list of all the recent transactions, or a recent bank statement (while editing out any personal transactions for privacy, if you so wish) which should include your bank account details and the name of that transaction, rather than trying to screenshot the details of the specific transaction you made with them?

Just got an answer from muchbetter support..... after 19 days
If they want offcial proof of account or transactions older than 30 days , no choice but to wait

its an e wallet like neteller they are asking for a screenshot with my account details and transaction but unlike neteller much better
dont have a webversion so its impossible to provide the detaisl they are asking

its big5 casino one from condor malta i guess

its shows is my recent transaction but i cant get my account details and transaction in single screenshot
i checked neteller app too which also dont show the two details in a single page but neteller have a web version so i can
get this from the web login alas muchbetter dont have a web version

their support is really terrible last time i asked something on much better it took 30+mails and 23 days to get a reply

really dont know what can i do

What you need to do to comply for their demands : ask muchbetter email support for proof of account and transactions history that covers every transactions you have made at this $hithole. Be nice with them and don’t forget that patience is needed. Delays vary from 5 minutes to 2 weeks. You will get what you need.
Then you have to realize that any casino asking for that is aware of delays and it is not a strict demand by any regulator. AML is an excuse to stall payments these days... screenshots are fine unless the person asking for it wants you to wait 2 weeks and reduce his cost in your pending cashouts

WELL i get the screenshot from muchbetter and provided them no news since 12+ hours hopefully today

Last time they didnt reply to my couple emails for around 2 weeks. It was nothing urgent though. They seem to prioritize a lot since they are very understaffed. When you get in touch with any of them though, they know their stuff and all of a sudden the lack of knowledge that the casino manager was suffering from is gone.

been a week since they confirmed they received the documents but according to them
they still reviewing it

any one played there and got withdrawal them

they have an MGA license so is this ok ?
