Hi everyone. Have been playing on line casinos for about five years off and on and am interested in learning which casinos have the best reputation. I get many offers from so many casinos and would like to be selective on which one I play. Played Ruby Slots a couple weeks ago , tried to withdraw $300.00, transaction went through without any problems, got an e-mail next day saying my withdrawal was denied with no explanation. Wrote back and asked for a reason, it was not a match bonus or a tournament , it was my m money without any restrictions. They have not e-mailed me back, it has been about two weeks now. Should I pursue this or let it go and just write them off as a rouge casino

First contact the rep - if no joy I suggest using Casinomeister's free PAB system (Click on "Casino Complaints" right at the very top of the forum).

Terrible group of casinos IMO, due to their deliberate policy of paying cash-outs as slowly as they think they can get away with.
You will get paid eventually, if no rules were broken.
I think it's very sad that so many players are STILL getting drawn in by slow payers like this when there are plenty of reputable casinos with the exact same software who pay in a reasonable time-frame (instant to a few days).
