MrVegas support not willing to fix obvious issues

@Balky Well, as you say you should have received some wheels before 9.4.21, did you received them or some compenation? Sometimes i DID sessions pure to hit get me wheels and was getting even more frustrated because of the pitty RTP but also not reveiving any wheels. But several of those sessions where also before the 9th.

Incidentally, I find it doubly sad about those newsletters, in which new games are only promoted, almost like Messi would be introduced at a new club, but in which they do not mention "gigantic" bonus changes to their loyalty system. When the weekly races were still active, I almost only deposited at mrvegas, also the last week before weekly race just disappeared from nowhere. I felt really screwed at the time, because I had really deposited a lot that last week and also played quite a bit. We probably don't have a leg to stand on, but I was and felt filthy screwed

I did not receive the wheels, no kind of compensation, not even an answer from their relevant department. Only the usual "Rest assured that we are doing our best to please our valued players" blabla

I played for the second time recently at mr vegas. The incompetence from chat support was so bad that I can’t even say if it’s intentionnal or not. It just doesnt make sense.
I received an offer from them which I thought was good. 20$ deposit with a 20$ Bonus that you can unlock in 10% increments. 150 spins also offered in case of bad luck. So I ended up losing the 20$ cash and had 16$ left to unlock. If i wanted to claim the 150 spins, I had to cancel the remaining 16$ Which I did.
After playing the 150 spins at 0.10$ I had won something around 8$.
Wager was 35x on the spins result so in my mind it was less than 300$ but its very unusual that I will make it so I don’t pay too much attention.
I kept on playing the same game with the 8$ bonus funds and at one point I hit a couple nice wins. Then 1$ spin and boom 300$ win. I keep on spinning until I hit the 250$ mark and leave the game.
I looked litteraly everywhere, no mention at all on mobile and or desktop version or wagering left. It says 250$ bonus funds abd if I click withdraw I have a warning saying that I could lose my funds if I confirm.
Opened live chat. I asked : how much left to wager from my free spins win. Not sure about the exact ammount won at first but I feel like I should be very near the end of it.
After almost the most ridiculous hour in chat with 2 different agents trying to explain what is bonus funds, what is wagering, as a matter or fact.... it’s like these 2 persons never ever heard of casino terms or anything related to it. After an hour the answer is..... 3200$ left to wager. Hahahahhahahah what????
I ask to please send this information request that is the most basic thing to someone that can answer me properly. After a while I opened a game thinking that there is no chance in hell I have 3.2k left to wager. It just sound like giving bad info on purpose to save a couple dollars. After a couple spins ... tadaaaaa bonus cleared since my whole balance exept 6$?!? Is now cash funds. I couldnt believe a word the agent was saying and now I am pretty sure I will get the stalling excuses for a good week.
Cashout request to muchbetter. Approved in 5 minutes... 300$ or so.

15 hours later.... someone answers my info request by email. Wagering left is : 3200$ and basically tells me its obvious
Signed with the exact stupid name that the agent I talked for an hour in chat. I didnt even respond. What the f hell is that?
Are they sending response in advance when someone asks for an escalation when no logical answer is given to them? So the agent writes an email, change the name at the bottom and select a timeframe for the message to be sent? First how stupid is that answer. I explained 500 times every possible details. I covered the « please dont mind the 16$ bonus i canceled » and the « talking about the 8$ won from free spins » so many times that answering me 3200$ left to wager from a 8$ prize with 35x wager is absurd. How crazy is it that its the same answer again almost a day ´later... from the same person..: when cash out was approved yeterday.... It’s something to intentionnaly not give the player the tools to see their bonus progession. This is the worst ever though. There is something very wrong there.:. Intentionnal or not.

Being incompetent is very bad but completely ignoring the players is even worse and thats what MrVegas is doing. I received no answer at all since the last update. My opinion is not vague. They dont give a darn about their customers.
