MrVegas support not willing to fix obvious issues

For some time I played slots in MrVegas. After having achieved "All the trophies" normally a spin on the Wheel of Jackpots is credited. I failed to receive those rewards in two occasions and adressed that issue to the support in live chat. It is obviously a mistake on the casinos end but nobody showed any interest to get that straight. After a dozen "rest assured ....relevant department" canned BS answers three weeks later I received an email from the support saying that the Wheel of Jackpot spins are randomly issued, the case is concluded and they will not discuss the matter further. The disputed value (50 or 100 FS) is too small to file a complaint, but can a casino simply ignore a players request and brush the player off just like that? Any input would be appreciated.

Just had a quick glance at their terms; pretty standard - bonuses at their discretion, so there's not a lot you can do if they don't fix it for you.

Interestingly, they have quite generous wagering requirements - no more than 50% or 20 euro in a single wager. That's...surprising.

There is no bonus involved, its about spins on the red and blue wheel of jackpots. The trophies were issued, but without the spins on the jackpot wheel. What is really annoying is their attitude, for weeks unresponsive and then only canned answers. Needless to say that I stopped depositing there.

I played for the second time recently at mr vegas. The incompetence from chat support was so bad that I can’t even say if it’s intentionnal or not. It just doesnt make sense.
I received an offer from them which I thought was good. 20$ deposit with a 20$ Bonus that you can unlock in 10% increments. 150 spins also offered in case of bad luck. So I ended up losing the 20$ cash and had 16$ left to unlock. If i wanted to claim the 150 spins, I had to cancel the remaining 16$ Which I did.
After playing the 150 spins at 0.10$ I had won something around 8$.
Wager was 35x on the spins result so in my mind it was less than 300$ but its very unusual that I will make it so I don’t pay too much attention.
I kept on playing the same game with the 8$ bonus funds and at one point I hit a couple nice wins. Then 1$ spin and boom 300$ win. I keep on spinning until I hit the 250$ mark and leave the game.
I looked litteraly everywhere, no mention at all on mobile and or desktop version or wagering left. It says 250$ bonus funds abd if I click withdraw I have a warning saying that I could lose my funds if I confirm.
Opened live chat. I asked : how much left to wager from my free spins win. Not sure about the exact ammount won at first but I feel like I should be very near the end of it.
After almost the most ridiculous hour in chat with 2 different agents trying to explain what is bonus funds, what is wagering, as a matter or fact.... it’s like these 2 persons never ever heard of casino terms or anything related to it. After an hour the answer is..... 3200$ left to wager. Hahahahhahahah what????
I ask to please send this information request that is the most basic thing to someone that can answer me properly. After a while I opened a game thinking that there is no chance in hell I have 3.2k left to wager. It just sound like giving bad info on purpose to save a couple dollars. After a couple spins ... tadaaaaa bonus cleared since my whole balance exept 6$?!? Is now cash funds. I couldnt believe a word the agent was saying and now I am pretty sure I will get the stalling excuses for a good week.

Are they sending response in advance when someone asks for an escalation when no logical answer is given to them? So the agent writes an email, change the name at the bottom and select a timeframe for the message to be sent? First how stupid is that answer. I explained 500 times every possible details. I covered the « please dont mind the 16$ bonus i canceled » and the « talking about the 8$ won from free spins » so many times that answering me 3200$ left to wager from a 8$ prize with 35x wager is absurd. How crazy is it that its the same answer again almost a day ´later... from the same person..: when cash out was approved yeterday.... It’s something to intentionnaly not give the player the tools to see their bonus progession. This is the worst ever though. There is something very wrong there.:. Intentionnal or not.

I think its not intentional, most of the agents are just clueless and not fit for doing that kind of job. If they are not capable of telling you how much wagering you have left to go through in order to clear your bonus, i mean thats a disgrace for a casino. I kept my chat sessions with their agents. The staff obviously consists of people who have nothing to do with online gambling; its a joke if such agents try to explain to experienced players what bonus funds are and how wagering works. I tried to be connected to a shift manager or supervisor but they simply told me there was none available. I dont want to be unfair to the casino, the KYC process was hassle free and cashouts are not being stalled, but the support is a nightmare and that is reason enough I would never recommend anyone to play there.

Honestly at this point I would prefer to be given true answers for a change.

I know this is not the wanted outcome but because of the updated terms, the different Wheels are not available anymore, only Purple wheels that you get randomly from playing...blablabla ... apologies for inconvenience....


Apart from them needing three weeks for finding that out, I had complained to support about the missing rewards on 6.4, which is three days before 9.4.2021, when their changes allegedly took place.

I am not calling them liars or crooks, only stating they are avoiding the truth

They launched it with a weekly race, Tuesday free spins, wheel of vegas and a few similarities to Videoslots.

All of those have been steadily pulled leaving you with a 0.00025% Rainbow Friday (Penny Back Scheme)

Not really worth your while. They offer nothing special plus reduced RTP'S to boot.

I've just unsubscribed from their email list also. All they do is send pointless emails about new slots that they launch.

Just a Videoslots skin with offers that are 10x worse.

To copy paste the yellow version in green to cut their affiliates by half. And then erase any reward to their player. Oh yeah... great staff that knows their stuff also

It's an embarrassingly low RTP. Even Sky's scratch cards, which I thought were low, run at 80%. The nature of scratch cards is that the RTP can be lower and still expect a decent return - the outcomes being fixed (e.g. there are only six actual prizes available), but 50% is a joke, especially when better models are available.

All slot RTPs below 95 are like throwing ur money out of the window. MrVegas turned out to be a desaster, but there are many other casinos that are not much better. Man, I miss the days when it was hard to choose where to play.

I also tried last weeks to trigger some wheels by playing new slots etc. Well, they may now close the site for me, because when i found it a year back i feel more rewarded than on videslots.com, but now its a dead site for me. And indeed i can shoot that annoying weekly newsletters, unsubscribe myself right now, wich i should have done a year ago. The videoslots team marketing dep. knows how to dissapoint players wich play much there for 10 years
