It is not accredited in here but is this casino a good outfit?

Mr Smith was originally 'Harry's Casino' and was re-branded a few months back.

I have played a handful of deposits there and made a couple of hassle free, fast cash outs too

Only downside I can say from personal experience is live 'help' / support ain't that helpful or supportive.

i play there occasionally, as noted their sister casino is casinoeuro and logins are shared, depending on where you are from you may find 1 offers better promotions than the other, i.e MrSmith is aimed at UK players.

but even on similar campaign i find sometimes it the other way round, so pays to check when they have promos running just which 1 is the best (i.e bonus percentage/ max bonus etc)...

Casinoeuro just had a makeover too and looks a lot more like Mr Smith now, never had any issues with payments, and honestly haven't had to contact live chat yet

Casino Euro, Norgesautomaten, Sverigeautomaten and Mr. Smith share the same DB so your username at any one of these will work.

AFAIK, you are permitted to sign up and claim the welcome bonus at each brand BUT you must use a different email address to that of Casino Euro. The other Norwegian and Swedish brands are restricted to those countries.

I had withdraws pending at Betsafe (which used to be instant for me) pending for 15 hours PLUS - some processed, others not. Betsson on the other hand pays just as slow. In the past 3-4 hours and you would receive your money. These days its 12 hours MINIMUM. I will not be depositing there until they sort their crap out. Casino Euro was still instant the last time i checked.

Every withdrawal i've made with Betsson, Betsafe and Nordicbet have all been instant in the last month. No withdrawal over €1k though.

Betsson is still instant to Skrill for me at least up to 500 euro. Once or couple times it has been weird though, where relatively small payment doesn't process instantly, then I cancelled it, then withdrew 20 euro, it kept pending, then withdrew larger sum and it processed instantly, and that 20 euro was still pending. This weird "1st withdrawal doesn't get processed, but 2nd withdrawal in line gets processed instantly" thing has happened only once or couple time in few months for me.

Yeah it does that from time to time. My WD's are now no longer instant at Betsson or Betsafe (Neteller). Even if its not instant, I would still play ... but then again 15 hours PLUS just made me not want to play there again.

Their excuses of backlogs goes back to as far as I can remember. All brands have this 'backlog' from time to time. They just show no urgency in making payment.
