Mrgreen verifcation/withdraw

    So I won some bucks, decided to make a withdraw this was on saturday, apparently they don't handle withdraws on weekends. Got a mail on monday that I need to send docs. Sent ID and bankstatment but they don't take bankstatment so had to send bill instead.

    Talked to CS and he said it looked fine and all that and I should get the money, next day no money and started CS and now they say it takes 24-74 hours...

    So now its wednesday and on my account verification it's still in yellow (not verified yet).

    Makes you wonder if they are stalling... If this was some shady RTG casino I would understand but this is Mrgreen and have apparently won many "awards".:what:

    That is some utter bo***cks from Mr. Green, never heard that before. They usually pay in less than 1hr to e-wallets and that on weekends too.

    No clue, where that is coming from but if it is true then they must be in some kind of trouble.

    Well, talked to CS again and he belives that it will most likley be done today...

    At other netent casinos like videoslots,betat etc verifcation takes a few hours to maybe 1 day, what is Mrgreen doing? :what:

    Well surprise no progress...

    According to CS it will take 24-48 hours. SO from Monday to Wednesday it has been more then 48 hours.
