Question MrGreen (old casino url)

Hi guys,

Anyone else playing here have the same issue as me?
I cannot get the mainpage of the old layout MrGreen casino loaded anymore.
I love this old layout.
Their revamped layout is not very user friendly thus I prefer using the old one.
But for some reason since a day or 2 the mainpage remains on loading as seen on the below screen.

Also latest played games in the bottom are not clickable.

Is this a webpage issue or should I maybe update my Flashplayer in Chrome?
Although I think I already have the latest version.

Any feedback would be great.

Don't know if it will help, but i just tried to log in with Chrome, and had no issues. If i visit the old site i use:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Hope it works, at least we know it shouldn't be a Chrome issue

For me same issue on Chrome,Mozilla and IE.
Re-Installed fresh flashplayer to no avail.
And yeah I use that same link.

Might need to send a ticket.

Same issue as you mate.

Cant click the games at the bottom and the page stays 'loading'....

The only game at the bottom that i can click is the last one on the extreme right - This works if i move my mouse to the edge of the icon. The slot page then opens and begins loading but that white overlay with 'loading' stays on it.

I think this is a html5 issue, as they've gone fully mobile hence it works better in mobile-based browsers. You may well get issues on the WIN systems. I have similar when sites don't recognize the built-in flash on WIN PC's, but suddenly do after rebooting.

I've had problems with them for about 2 weeks now, not the issues you guys are seeing, but if I played any microgaming game, I couldn't, and still can't get back onto it. eg, played immortal romance, went to play it the next day and it didn't show in the games list nor in search. Customer service told me it was defo an issue with my set up, even though I tried it on 3 different browsers, a pc, laptop, and 2 different phones. Spent over a week trying to sort it then they told me they had issues and it was their fault. No apology or anything from live chat that I had wasted my time trying allsorts to sort it out. Shame as they were my number 1 casino with the fast payouts and game choice, but haven't deposited since.

I have spoken with my VIP manager @ MrGreen and he forwarded the issue at hand.
Also I noticed on their new website certain games are not found.
Dead or Alive and Playboy could not be found for example.
So defo there is still work in progress on their new website.

I just liked the old one far better and I hope they continue to keep that online for players.
The old website has far better and easier navigation through the games and stuff.
And I liked that latest played games bar also,missing that on the new website too.

Nothing bad further as I got my WD last night paid within 2 minutes to my Skrill.
