As customer support are useless with this thought I would post as I know others are having the same problem.
Regularly when I play at MrGreen since the 'upgrade' I find games are missing once I play them. For example, I play on Immortal Romance, go to another slot, go to go back on IR and its disappeared from the games list and search. This happens almost every time, and and pretty much any game, definitely on Microgaming and NetEnt ones.
This is what i usually do to get it back in case it helps anyone
I am convinced this is account related as logging out and searching for the game usually finds it, when logged in it doesn't. Live chat just spout the usual 'clear cookies' spiel, although did get an email once saying they had had problems with Microgaming games and it would work properly now, it didn't, it still doesn't and it wasn't just Microgaming anyway.
No real apology or fix for it from MrGreen, but its stopped me playing there because I cba to go through that every time I want to play. just thought this might help anyone with the same problems
On the off chance someone from MrGreen decides to actually look at this (as its been going on ages now) it also removes 'recently played games' from the screen.

This is what i usually do to get it back in case it helps anyone
Its hit and miss but usually running ccleaner 2 or 3 times, then open the page again, do a hard refresh (CTRL and F5 at same time) will 'usually' clear it.
The other way is, after doing that if it still doesn't work, logout, hard refresh, search for the game when not logged in, once you see it in the search result, click login, search again and you should see the game.
