MrGreen absurd bonus wagering

Since live support at Mr.Green us really useless and i been ignored i am posting this as maybe @Mr Green-Redbet_Customer supportRep will see and might help.

Last night i deposited and got nice offer for 100 free spins on John Hunter and the Book of Tut so i wasted my deposit and played my 100 free spins which gave me around 3.60€.

I played Book of dead and somehow managed to raise my balance to 70€.
When i took a look of my balance i saw 70€ bonus money (what) and 11.609 left to wager ???

I presume this bonus has been left in my account from previous free spins which were on Gonzo Megaways as i recall i got around 80€ so maybe thats the wagering from those free spins and the bonus was still in my account.

Really cant understanf where this bonus wagering is in my account as noone knows to explain as their chat is really useeless.

What I can remember there has been some issue that for some players bonus won't forfeit automatically when balance is 0€. You have to contact support and tell them to manually remove old bonusses

I already did but they wont do anything
 
Not even bothering to say they would forward the information to someone with at least 2 brain cells that can take a look for you? That's so utterly depressing.

Though in their promotional terms and conditions under the "general" section the terms do state:
" 1. We offer bonuses and promotions to enhance your enjoyment of our games and wagering. "
You never know, land a handful of 500x hits and the odd 4000x and you might be lucky enough to enjoy weeks of enhanced enjoyment.

Yeah I think you have few old bonusses there still to wager
No i dont my balance was zero before i made the deposit, so the mistake is from their side.

I have never taken any reload,match bonus only free spins, so when you lose the winings from free spins the bonus is reset to zero as i know

Yes but there is bonusses still active from those old freespins bonusses probably. Thats why you have so huge that wager cos those haven been lost automatically when your balance is 0. If this isn't the case then there is some other error
 
I just cant believe what answer i got from them??

Iam asking all casino reps how or why on earth would you hire someone who doesnt have a clue about bonuses,wagering,why??

and they told me if i want bonuses to be removed it would be all set to ZERO!

@maxd and @Casinomeister can you poke MrGreen rep as this hasnt been resolved as i have the same problem again and noone is doing anything from their relevant team or should i submit a complaint?
 
Sorry, Mr Green is now part of William Hill and that means they'll do exactly what it says in their Terms and nothing more. In other words the reps are probably permanently AWOL, they won't discuss complaints with us or anyone other than their designated ADRs, and if you want to complain about them then you'll have to follow exactly the procedure they specify in the Terms.
