Mr Vegas withdrawal issue

Hi there,

I’ve made a withdrawal of $350.00 at Mr Vegas. It was denied due to an error while I entered my bank details. So, it was refunded to my Mr Vegas account and I make again a withdrawal of $300.00 with the good information.

It’s still pending. Usually the withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes around the clock. But I am waiting since several hours.

They said me that the payments team need to look into that and there is a queue, so they can’t provide me a time frame.

It’s not a withdrawal of 30K.. it’s only 300$ LOL!

Moreover, I’m fully verified… Driver’s license, Proof of Address, Bank account and e-wallet are approved!

I don’t know if someone can tag the Mr Vegas team? I can’t find them using the @ .

Mr Vegas is complicated.

They dont have any rep anywhere as far as i know.
Videoslots say they dont have any contact with them (they are a sister casino though).

So probably best to stay away from them.

You should get your money after a while.

Yes pretty funny situation. Same licence but still completely ignorant of each other.
There is a lot of players in different forums who play in vegas too so a bit akward situation because VS contact is very acitve but sister site has no contact at all.
