Man it is so frustrating trying to get a withdrawal from this casino, I sent what they asked for and still won't accept it and look into where my withdrawal is which is most likely stuck in gigadat @Gigadat again.

Withdrew Oct 23 and still waiting to get the funds though they do have 1 more business day but I got a feeling it is the same problem as last time.

Will we ever have a rep here for them @LadyJelena, @Casinomeister ?

Chat/employees are clueless and lost and video slots should have never expanded as it's a complete mess at this casino group now. I do feel sorry for the employees as this expansion probably got thrown on them with no training.

Still no money and they are still refusing to track my my money even though I have given them what I can and more than what they were asking for.

They don't want to be called out on their way of handling things as we did many times with Videoslots. If they won't work with CM then I won't be playing at their site. What are they hiding?
My withdrawal, muah! No seriously I am still waiting for it, I am clearing up my cashback and rewards and that will probably be it for me on there.

Hey hope your well, just wondering why they won’t work with CM?..
They don't work with any affiliates, and the founder has previously made his disdain for affiliates very clear.
I said months ago this is a way to reduce affiliate payments. Email the full Videoslots customer database (exc any jurisdictions they don't have a license for but will do when they do), offer them a sign up bonus on MrVegas, without actually having to sign up, just details transferred over from VS, so no hassle. Get the customers to start playing at MrVegas instead of VS, and not pay affiliates their (very small) commission for customers they sent to VS.
It's also against the accredited standards so not sure how Videoslots are still accredited @Casinomeister


Affiliate marketing Standards

  1. Must not cross promote to other properties without giving proper credit to affiliates and/or their advertisers.

They definitely do not share verification information, their response was they are independant of each other.

It's bull they say there independent of each other. My first 2 deposits by Instadebit a few months ago to Mr Vegas showed Videoslots as the receiver on my statement.
Both deposits were made July 3rd and shows deposits went to Videoslots when I contacted Mr Vegas they said there not connected to Videoslots but they wouldn't answer why do the deposits show the receiver was Videoslots on my Instadebit statement.

They are Not connected to VS? Oh rly? They used their webpage and just use another style template. They even did not change the label of their return button when depositing with neteller. It still says ‚return to videoslots‘...
but they are not connected...for sure

I have been waiting to be paid $8900.00 for 9 days now, much like VS the verification and withdrawal was very quick (within and hour and mins), getting the cash has been quite the opposite, via the same w/d method (Ecashout) through VS it's either been same or next day, they have asked 3 times now for my bank account statement proving I have not received this money........today they say they have escalated this........FFS
