mr superplay problem - someone please help me

dont waste your time and theres hassling them, take them to the small claims court, you have every right to....the main point of contention being that important T&C are not displayed clearly...im not suggesting harrasing them but the T&C are confusing and the judge may agree...you may end up getting your deposits at this network refunded...

How? well did you ever in the past go over 5% and break the T&C but lose, and in turn was NOT refunded by progressplay....if thats the case then you have very strong possibility of getting some money

Yes, I fully concur. If VWM would be here he'd definitely (I think) mention the fairness and reasonability of these terms in the light of consumer law. I'd also have this looked into by a judge and Ricky made a good point too about (unknowingly) breaking the T&C before, losing and not being refunded.

Sick to my stomach from the OP's story, complicated, ambigious and player-unfriendly, thus roguish terms just intended to confiscate winnings. Especially with these types of terms players need a Max Bet Shield, but that would not be in the casino's interest.

I wish the OP best of luck with his endeavours before the small claims court. Will you keep us posted please?

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
i did get my deposits back from them totalling 200£ plus a withdrawal of 45£ i had on another progressive site ace lucky casino.

i did a complaint on IBAS last week. i dont even know who they are. i was just googling crap about uk gambling commission and came across them.

update.
so ive finally got my complaint report back from danny at IBAS. and mysuperplay (progressive play) have decided to pay me £2721.56. of the £4800 original withdrawal.
im over the moon.

Yes, I'm glad you're pleased with that! It's a shitty term designed for entrapment so unless you're playing with your calculator app open you can easily fall foul of it. I still think the term is inherently unfair though as one is worded to contradict the other. I would send a report of this matter to he UKGC.

ii dont think that im going to push this any further . im just happy that they are refunding me that. i feel really lucky tbh. i had completely forgot about it all. and wasnt expecting anythin to come of the ibas complaint/

I've never had problems with Progress Play in the past, but then.. I've never really staked over £2 unless it's real cash.

Feels like all these casinos are out to get you with constant updates on their T&Cs (Mostly on a weekly basis) ..Making it tougher and tougher to wager a bonus.

Like a few people have mentioned in this thread, try to play without a bonus or try sites like Slots Million !! Probably one of the best out there imo.

Congratulations on your win though !! It's not the £4800 you wanted but it's a nice amount still... Glad you didn't just walk away empty handed (Which is most probably what they was hoping for)

Good luck in your future gaming !! Be careful and make sure to read ALL T&Cs.. It's not something a player wants to do before playing, but.. Could save a nice withdrawal and site/network ban.

Well done, I'm glad to have been proven wrong on this :)
Is there any reason they gave for not paying the whole amount?

Further to correspondence between IBAS and Progress Play the company have on revisiting your complaint agreed to refund part of your winnings even though they believe you breached their terms and conditions whereby some of the winnings were gained by breached hands.

The amount being returned is £2721.56 and can you confirm you are happy to accept this to resolve your complaint.

thats the email i got. im not asking any questions . im just accepting it.

the complaint must have gone to somebody higher up.. because the customer support at mrsuperplay were awfull to me.

Such wonderful news jackanory, am very happy for you! :)

I do hope that (as Dunover suggests) the UKGC will examine these kinds of predatory/confusing terms more closely and do something about it.

You'll probably avoid this casino from now on. So, customer support was awful heh? No matter, you still got a nice chunk of the winnings.
