Does anyone have experience with Mr Ringo casino ?

i have a pending withdrawal that I have been waiting for a week now . their customer service is impossible to communicate with , responding slow or not responding at all;cant answer my question about my withdrawal

Their customer support has been slow in responding to my e-mails last week and they seem pretty clueless. Despite not being UKGC registered, they told me I could play all their games based in the UK as they were getting a licence at some point. If I had deposited, none of the games do in fact work as they are geo-blocked during real-play.

I've found a couple of complaints on the web this year relating to slow-payments, but all were then paid within 24 hours. Don't think you will have any major issues with them, just keep reminding them about your withdrawal.

I believe you need to go through certain procedures to become a representative for the casino on here.

From being in a neutral position here, it looks like someone has just set up a new account resembling that of a casino representative and then asking for someones username (also someone who is expecting money!). Apologies if that is not the case, but as that is your first post, it does look suspicious! It may be worthwhile contacting the administrators here to get yourself set up properly.

it is several months since I made this thread; so I have received the money. It took over 2 weeks and with the poor customer service I have not played there since

but maybe you have improved since then

i hade my money from this site whitout any delay or something like that. but this was when i was just started.nowdayd i read a lots if bad rewiwes and a lots of complaints regarding mrringo. and i will never ever deposit a penny there until i se that the cases been solved. thank u bye

But they do struggle, i made withdrawal last week still havent receive anything.. Everything dead slow and withdrawal on pending 1xx hours (why?)

ArtemRingo maybe you can help me,

I made a withdrawl about 1 week ago and heard nothing from you guys since.
I uploaded all documents and got an email a few days ago that my account got verified.

But i can not even see my withdrawl anyhwere on my account. So i wouldnt even have the chance to cancel the withdrawl (not that i wanted to but still strange).

Live support is not answering on my emails :mad:

I just want say that i have received withdrawal from mrringo. it took around 2 weeks, however if u are in a hurry u should not play in this casino. Its kinda sad because the site itself and the games are pretty awesome. It is the end of me and mrringo.
