Bonus Complaint Mr Ringo - Unfair cancellation of bonus

Edited out sorry. Did not read OP was paid. Paid in full I hope?

But, what I was going to say was that I think the term is invalid as there is no good reason to restrict Dead or Alive.
And what that means is they are taking your money for no good reason.

I was paid, minus the supposed "profits" from my Dead or Alive spins. A decent compromise in my opinion.

Whilst we do work with industry translators, we also state in the Terms & Conditions that the English version prevails over all translations. As was noted by McMaNGOS, they were paid, and this has been now changed in all translations. If anyone spots something that is wrong in a translation they can email the support team before it becomes an issue. And that way it can be resolved.

So what you're saying is that the translated T&C is useless as there's literally no way to tell if information found in it matches with the English one, unless you read both. In which case you might as well just read the English one to begin with. To me this seems like an intentional trap for players.

No, that is not exactly what was said. Just that sometimes certain phrases, or terms can be misunderstood, even if translated correctly, and in these cases the English version pervails. There is no intentional trapping, as suggested. Just that if there is a difference, for whatever reason, then the English version is the one that stands. Obviously if a mistake is spotted, we will do our best to resolve it as soon as we are aware so that all versions remain the same.

Here is the trouble, Albeit you state English rules over ride any other but if your offering a certain country Than shouldnt you go out the way to reflect this? Ok in translation some words can get mixed up, But what if the player from that country canot read English, This is no where fair,

Also Should a player have to read two sets of rules? Its hard enough with one set,

Also excluded games is a major term, Its not exactly reading a few lines in a sentence, You could always have a table of excluded games, This way its clearly shown,

I see that you now added the excluded games to the sites but I could not see why this could not of been done to begin with, Like a table, Where it cannot be missed

What kind of use is that for people who don't speak English.

Absolutely ridiculous.

If I play at a casino and it has terms in my language those would be the terms I follow - otherwise you could put them in Chinese then ask me why I didn't flag that to you before I played.

Do your job properly instead of expecting others to do it for you, shows a real lack of professionalism at MR RINGO...

How hard is it to hire a professional translator for a few hours instead of just copy/pasting

Reading threads like this makes me glad sometimes that i can not play at certain casinos. Glad you were able to reach a settlement.
