Mr Ringo not pay 1123e

hello

I opened an account about a year ago, i did several deposits and withdraws a few times, always Mrringo long to process withdraw.
My Last deposit = 90e is 01.12.2016, support give me bonus 100e ( wagering x35) for deposit 90e, withdraw unless the same day = 1123e, I have not received any e-mail of support, Casino did not give any reason, my account is not locked, I can still make deposits and play, do not understand this situation.

I did withdraw money 35 days ago, is not it too long? this casino mrringo is serious?

My short answer is Mr Ringo is not a serious casino. I realize your options in Poland may be limited.

He's helped at least one player get paid, and there have been many threads about slow pays and one where they changed bonus terms retroactively and felt that was just fine.

Send him a private message, I think he will help if he can.

If he doesnt' consider requesting a Player Arbritration.

Today is 15.3.2017, still not received the payment and no messege from SUPPORT,

live chat write: We do not accept players from Poland sir, We don't accept new and old player.
You are not allowed to play on our site.


I made a deposit and played then when I mrringo accept players, 3-4 months ago.

THIS IS COMEDY, This company really is not serious.

There are a few other threads too all citing the same non-existent/slow 'customer support' and delayed or non-payment of winnings. I think we knew this was coming when the so-called rep appeared here to delay the negative feedback until they'd recruited enough mugs there, at which point they don't give a stuff as they've made their money. :mad:
