Joined Mr Green's after seeing the casino recommended on here, and reading that he is a gentleman.
I won a little bit and decided instead of playing it all away, like I usually do, that I would cash out.
I knew about having to send loads of documents. Was prepared, since I play...probably too much. Sent my documents, but the normal ones were not allowed. I usually use my credit card bill as proof of address. They said they couldn't accept it because it was digital. The second response was it didn'T have my address on the bill?
Anyway, I sent another scanned in bill as proof of address and they said they would have to see if the financial department would accept it.
Another e-mail came saying that my IBAN number was wrong. I retyped it in and talked on the phone to a rep who said it was correct and everything was fine from their end. Got another e-mail saying my iban was still wrong. I typed it in again.
My next e-mail came---I have copies----saying they would accept my credit card bill as proof of address, but I had to withdraw using my credit card. I would have gladly done that, but it's not an option. Sooo...that's where everything stands at this moment.
I have been trying to withdraw for what seems like 10 years, but still no confirmation of when it will happen. They say it takes 72 hours to approve and then 3-5 days for it to land in my account.
Sooo...in my humble opinion, Mr Green is not a gentleman and makes playing too much of a hassle if you win a little.
