    Hi all,
Has anyone had any problems with Mr Green and their self exclusion policy. I mean, being self excluded, winning money and they refuse to pay out as they detect the self excluded account?

That shouldn't be a problem really. If you have self excluded they are following regulations or they could lose their license.

Did you create a second account or how could you play?

    So, just to reiterate.
    1) A player is self excluded. They re-join, win money and are refused the withdrawal as the self excluded account is detected. Thus not honouring the bets and refund original deposit.
    2) A player is self excluded. They re-join, lose money, but after the other self excluded account is detected, they now honour the bets and refuse the refund.
    Is this normal?
This isn't consistent. Either one or the other surely.

That depends. Were the new accounts open with a new name, address, email, something different? Then it's also fraud. Multiple accounts is a no no and then refund should and will be refused.

I don't understand why self exclude in the first place if you will continue to play? Either you stop playing or you chose another casino.
