So ive been depositing at mr green for more than a year now, not on a daily basis, but every once in a while, i deposited using only paysafecard or neteller, the deal here is i never won anything there until a couple of days ago, rubbing my hands to the wd button i see as first option for wd - neteller (cool as i deposited a few hundred euros with this method and its usually the fastest to get paid) wrong, a day later i receive an email to verify my account, no biggie sent docs that were asked for, another day later i receive another email telling i have to send a bank statement in order to wd to my bank account.... im like wtf and u need 3 days to tell me this, of course it comes in handy its friday aproaching another few days w/o seeing any money, in their terms its this : 3.3.1. Withdrawals will be made to your bank account or via other withdrawal methods as set out in the Withdrawals page on the Website. We may charge assigned fees for processing such withdrawals. Please see our Website for the current fee structure. Mr Green will credit you back using the same method as you have previously deposited with, when possible. But on live support they are saying ive got to bank transfer because the last method used was paysafe, i dont see in their terms the same thing as what they are saying to me, if im wrong about this and why any member here can please chime in and tell me why i am wrong, i dont mind having to send my bank statement and what not, but i play at several places (mostly accred here) that ive deposited with those same methods and none of them have forced me to wd to bank when i already have used neteller, and yes the paysafes were deposited not from vouchers but from an account i have verified at paysafecard.com

why not ask them if you can just withdraw back to paysafe.com where you deposited from and send them a screenshot of your paysafecard profile or whatever they need

sounds to me like they are green with envy on live chat as you are absolutely correct with the terms stating you must withdraw back to the same method used to deposit at there discretion of course as there terms are never straightforward remember gratz bud on your win:thumbsup:

I could but i dont have a paysafe mastercard as i only use to put the vouchers in so casinos know its a real account instead of a direct voucher, i dont mind getting the cash back to my bank, i just think its stalling plain and simple, ive seen it in the past and rolled back a fair share of winnings because of these kind of delays(on purpose in my opinion), im just sad because u usually see this kind of bs on either non accred or digimedia, i guess im sticking to slotty/royal panda and casumo, at least there never got any bs of any kind.

I do agree its stalling just trying to help as I also know they will stall but if they are asking you to wd to bank when you have made deposits from neteller most recently then I can only think they are going by net deposits like you have made more deposits in total from your bank than neteller maybe :/

you could take a break for a few days while they process your wd to bank and only contact them by email save you reversing if its still as pending:thumbsup:

He already made clear that he has only made deposits with paysafecard and neteller. So MrGreen approach here is absolute BS and should at least be doing the withdrawal to his neteller or stop accepting paysafecard if they cant even follow their own rules. If a withdrawal can not be sent back to last used which was paysafecard then they should honor neteller instead.

Just makes me angry reading stuff like this. If this had been Casumo, Guts or Betat then that withdrawal would had been done and processed by now. (ps casumo always proccess to my neteller even if my last deposits was 3 or even 4 times with visa card. Does that make them criminal or just a great casino unlike mrgreen???? following guidelines and rules BS)

I have learned with my own mistakes with MrGreen in my own past. Reason I stopped almost playing there only just recently started again as I read so much praise that their withdrawals are super fast and yes I know in general they are a great brand.

BUT my own experience was almost similar as OP. I had mainly done deposits couple years back with neteller and skrill. Then one day I though I will use my paypal as my neteller and skrill was empty. That night I ended up winning not 100% sure exact amount but was over £1000. Because of that they rejected my withdrawal to money wallet and instead said we have to send all of withdrawal back to Paypal.
I did not want that to happen as paypal are really bad I found out as they can hold on to your money for days. Then suddenly they also wanted ID and proof etc. Despite I was old updated with my account and they had all that but now needed new proof.

End of story is I cancelled and wasted it all at that time I was absolute fuming. I think I tried Andy as he is a great guy but my response back then I think came after 6 days where it was way to late for anything. Also had discussions with their support back and forth which lead to nothing they stood onto paypal and did not accept first screenshots i sent to proof my id again so gave up and yes as said blew my whole balance

Just my thoughts here I feel MrGreen are much more lenient than they have to be or compared to other great casinos. Maybe I am wrong in this and me and OP have just been very unlucky...........

I totally agree with your frustration. See my long post above this post. But I would suggest you to contact the REP here from MrGreen not sure if you already did that as that should always be your first call and await up to 48 hours before posting complaint but I hope it all works out for you and DO NOT REVERSE or blow them

Ty for the advice my friend, ofc they this just to stall, as i dont really believe they cant pay to neteller, i wd 5k from 32red a few months ago to neteller even when i was using paysafe only for the 2 months prior to that, in fact all the casinos i play at wd to one of the methods u used to pay with, only these guys are stalling me. I already sent my bank statement, lets see how long it takes to process it, i believe ill have the money maybe by the end of next week (seeing how long it takes them to process these things), and to think i was verified by paddy in just a couple of minutes, but then again its my fault, never gona stray from my favorite list again.

Please don't let your next post be about how you gave it all back...
It seems you are in the right state of mind to make that happen :D
Perhaps you should freeze your account, just until the payment has been processed.

Actually, not many casinos will allow withdrawals back to an E-wallet when depositing Paysafe.

Just a year ago this was no issue. Now, most insist on paying out to your bank account.
And you'll probably not learn of the policy change before making a cash out.

On my list of 'safe' casinos is Redbet, Betat and MrGreen.
It seems MrGreen can be crossed off though.

This happened to me at betat. Yes it is part of the casino's policies but they are following licence regulations. Withdrawals are made to the method of how you deposited. If this is not possible they go to bank transfers.

Betat made an exception once and the second time I was sternly reminded that under no exceptions will it be possible to deposit and withdraw via two different methods. CS was quite an ass and condescending but he made his point.

So no more deposits via non reloadable debits cards at betat unless I want to withdraw thru bank transfer. The other thing Canadian banks are refusing bank transfers from online casinos so don't know how they will deal with that.

All to say they are following regulations even the good safe casinos like betat etc...

They are not quite following regulations by paying to a completely new method when there is still one (Neteller) that they already have on record that can receive the withdrawal. This is nothing to do with "policy", but the laws on the prevention of money laundering. This law cannot be ignored just because it's inconvenient for their policy.

This policy actually creates a money laundering loophole that can be used if a player deposits in the right way.

Say they have access to a stolen Neteller account, normally they can't get the money out other than back to that same Neteller account. However, if they empty the Neteller account into the casino, and then make a couple of deposits via a non refundable method such as Paysafe, they can then submit a withdrawal and trust that the casino will implement their policy and insist on paying to a bank account that the player now has to detail to the casino for the first time. Even a legit bank account will work, although the scammer would want to ditch it quickly, because what it achieves is the movement of stolen money from someone's Neteller account to a bank account fully controlled by the scammer. The owner of the Neteller account cannot then get their money back because it has been allowed to "leave the system".

The casino cannot know for certain whether any of the accounts in this process are legit as the first sign that there has been a scam is when the rightful owner finds out and comes looking for their money. Where a scammer has hacked a Neteller account, they have sufficient control of it to verify it to a casino. If they only have the username and the 6 digit code, they can still set it up as a deposit method at a casino and pull money out that way, but they can't log in to the Neteller account to provide a screenshot to the casino, which may be why this slightly odd request is cropping up even though there is supposedly a strict "no online statements" policy.

Some members here have had their Neteller hacked, and have found that their funds have been able to "leave the loop" at the casino end via withdrawal to a method other than back to the same Neteller account.

Vinil i just dunno why, i only use either vouchers or neteller nowadays, use the debit card for a quick tenner at royal panda every once in a while and thats it, i am verified at neteller/paysafe, i can show proof of that and what bothers me more is that all other places i play at ex 32red/paddy/casumo/slotty it doesnt matter to them if i deposit with the paysafe or the neteller, i allways have withdrawn to neteller and none of them have done this, allways paid and gave me no warning or w/e, dunno if something changed in the last 2 months at those places, if they changed then i might be wrong, but with them as long as u did at least one payment with neteller(and ofc proved its your account) u could allways withdraw independent on the method u last used to deposit being it vouchers, cc neteller, skrill w/e.

How is it not possible to pay to my neteller if i infact deposited not once or twice, but more times to them with it? If i go there right now and deposit with neteller im sure they will take the money gladly, but if i empty my neteller on them and then go make a voucher if i want to play a bit more and use paysafe they give me this story on how i can only wd to the bank because of last method used.... just bs in my opinion

I had a very similar situation with MrGreen (Paysafe in - Neteller out). I asked them kindly if it would be possible to process the withdrawal one last time to Neteller as an exception with the precondition that I will never use Paysafecard again but only methods allowing a refund. They did it, seems I was lucky

This sounds like they don't like Paysafe, rather than not liking Neteller as a suitable receptacle for a withdrawal. Still, introducing a third, previously unused for a deposit, method seems even MORE risky than sending the money back to Neteller. As we now know from the notorious Prime casino case under Josh Cartu, if a casino has sent the withdrawal back to Neteller and then discover that they have been conned via Paysafe, they can still retrieve the money from Neteller, even 2 weeks later. However, this might not be so easy with a bank account, especially if the bank is in the dark about the nature of the transaction (gambling), or the con artist is expecting eventual discovery, so gets the money moved out of harm's way the day it is credited.

On the other hand, we have other casinos that are actively pushing players to use Paysafe as opposed to Neteller by making deposits and withdrawals free for Paysafe, but charging fees for Neteller, and also in many cases barring Neteller deposits from promotions.
