Hi everyone, I am a New Zealand player. I registered my account in 2020, and on April 29th, 2021, I verified my account at mrgreen. On July 30th, I was told that I needed to re-certify my account. On August 1-4, I provided my employer’s payslip, three different bank card statements, credit card information, my personal driver’s license, my insurance, car loan, and even pet insurance address certification letters. But so far they have not given an answer. This disappointed me. They told me that I needed to wait, but they didn't tell me about how long it would take. I am really disappointed. Could you please give me some suggestions?
