Greetings everyone!

I have a problem with the accredited casino - MrGreen.

Short story:

Made a 200 eur deposit, won about 4k. I was asked all sort of documents, all provided. I tried to contact their representative here (Jonas), not much luck. He just said that he don;t have any information and I should contact their payment team.

Below their last reply:

"Hi Garry,

Thank you for your email.

I am aware that our customer services has been in contact with you with regards to your pending withdrawal.

Due some suspicious acitivities that we have noticed on your player account, we have on this occassion decided not to process your withdrawal and to void your original deposit. This means that the deposit funds will not be debited from your depositing card.

Your player account will remain inactive. As per our T&Cs, this is a security measurement that we have in place to protect our customers as well as Mr Green's interests.

Kind regards,
Hayriye"

Mr. Green is reviewed at Casinomeister.

They have decided you have tried to commit fraud, and have locked your account and voided the balance. The deposit will not be taken from the card, which seems to suggest the problem lies there, and they suspect you don't have the right to use that card, thus they don't want to process the deposit and have it charged back by the rightful owner of the card.

This can happen if the card is not in your name, for example, you have used a friend, partner, etc to stump up the cash for your gambling. Even if they agreed to this, it doesn't help your case, as casinos state that you can only deposit from YOUR card/bank/eWallet etc regardless of any private agreement you may have with another. If such a mismatch is found, the usual remedy is to void all play.

Your documents only made them more certain that you had no business using that card.

The above scenarios are what are generally referred to as "suspicious activities", along with many other odd tactics that players may try to get one over on a casino.

As it is accredited, you could PAB, but this could just as easily result in Max seeing you have done wrong, and you getting called out for it on the forum. If you are certain you have done nothing wrong, and you are the legal owner of this card, then PAB. If you decide to PAB, don't make any further posts on the matter, whatever the provocation.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have now submitted PAB and hope to receive my winnings soon:thumbsup:

I wouldn't be too sure about that.

Are you aware of this forum rule?

1.17 - Exploiting Your Membership Do not threaten casino operations with blackmail. Mentioning that you are a member is fine, but don't try to instill fear in a casino operation by threatening to post bad reviews or roguing them.
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/help/forum-rules/

I've been made aware by the casino that you've been threatening them to post at Casinomeister unless you are paid in 24 hours. If this is the case, you can kiss your account here goodbye.

Good evening, Meister!

4K is a hell lot of money for me and it might have gone a bit emotional. I was not aware about that forum rule but I'm sorry If something like that was said/written by me (I'm sure that I never asked for my payment in 24 hours, I was asking for reply as I was just ignored) and I'm prepared to offer a public apology to Jonas or any other MrGreen's staff who was offended by my emails.
I would like to provide a few communication emails but not sure if I should do that because of the pending PAB.

I do understand that it is much easier just to kick me off and close this problem as I do admit I might have done a wrong thing by mentioning this (or any other) forum in a wrong way. On the other hand, look at Red Flush case...

They've already briefed me on your situation. I would not post anything further about your PAB if I were you. Thank you.

And yes, you were threatening the casino to make this public, even though they politely asked you to give them some more time to look into your case (yesterday). You're pretty damn impatient.

You will not get a result in 24 hours. The PAB runs to a procedure that allows time for both sides to prepare their side of the story, and for Max to mull it over and offer an opinion of his own based on seeing the evidence from both sides. It can take days, or it can take weeks. Applying undue pressure in order to speed things up may well speed up the process, but perhaps not in the direction you had hoped.

.........If this is the case, you can kiss your account here goodbye.

Fantastic speed, wrong direction perhaps;)

Is this guy a new moderator?
Removed from where...?
Where was bestcasino rogued? I've never heard of them & they aren't in CM's rogue pit..
Why am I so confused by this post?

KK

As far as I know, that means players CAN still submit a PAB against them.

AFAIC if the PABer is a member in good standing and the casino in question isn't officially in the Rogue Pit or on the No-Can-Do List then yes, I'll accept the PAB. Exceptions can be granted in ... exceptional circumstances. :D

Turns out the OP was a fraudster and has been banned from Casinomeister accordingly. Adious shitbird, thanks for wasting our time. Attach Removed (Old not found)

FWIW, I finally signed up to Mr Green yesterday after all the hyoe here.. Aye carumba that is one seriously good looking/well thought out site! What with all the IGT favourites as well, could be VERY dangerous for me.

All I can say is - what an a-hole.

He submitted documents that were obviously photoshopped - and then makes threats to Mr. Green :what: - who knows how many other casinos he's tried this with.

One thing for certain, casino support should never cave to player threats. Many casinos fear bad publicity and will give in to fraudsters' demands thinking that the problem will go away - it won't. These douchebags will keep trying it again, and again.

Tell them to please post in this forum or PAB - we will gladly find out who is bullshitting whom.
