Mr Green locked account.

Update:

The card still hasn't arrived and it's been almost 2 months since she ordered it from Revolut so we probably won't get a picture of it for Mr Green so their request is still lmpossible.
New card is on the way but it has different numbers on it.
Will remain mystery what happened to the mail and the card.
Anyway:


Account still locked and mr green still has the money.
No response from rep, or their complaint email (She sent them a very detailed email on the matter with multiple attachments and seems like it was just ignored.). Filed a complaint to MGA and they responded
with a link to file another complaint to ADR or something like that and we did that.
I honestly expected a bit better from such a reputable casino.

Like what's the big deal here? You lose your debit card and they provide no alternative way to prove your ownership of the deposit method except picture of the lost card which is not possible.
