I got a message in my account 2 days ago when loggin in my mrmgreen account.
I would get a 25% cashback when depositing 30 to 100 so i deposited 100 and lost the 100,
but didnt got the cashback.
I contacted support on chat and they found the promo and told me i will be contacted later by their support.
After a day i was contacted and been told they couldnt ad the cashback because i ddint opt in but i had opted in,
so i replyed and told them i did .
Then i reciveid another reply after contacting chat again they told me they couldnt find the promo in my account so i wasnt eligble to receive promo.
I already contact the rep but he told me to contact support but they cant help me.
What do i need to do i ahve no screenshot of the promo because after my deposit it was gone
