Well i found after hitting jackpot city and getting my money back was easier then through Mr Green
They have such horrid conditions surrounding your "wins" i had $50 euro in "bonus" through events i spent heaps of money then won free spins.... then got a big win of $200 so i wanted to take it out but i would have lost the entire $50!! and my play through money was'nt accumulating either so i guess you had to use all of your credits first of course its all just a fucking trap isnt it. Then i had a bloody problem with it so i talked to there staff and they said i have a addiction problem cause i was having a few beers n said Simply that id probably put to much in over the time playing there but fuck am i not allowed to say that?. Argh in my experiance they will be friendly to you until you start getting pissed off at there T&Cs . lol i have not very good writing skills at the moment as im hungover like crazy , fuckers ended up baring me for 6 months !

anyway ill bloody write up a proper "report" just im in a rush have alot to do easter weekend so didnt have very much time to be "formal"
i also have several screen shots of lag, games not working constantly at random times and one time my game was going really really well i was winning hardout then all of a sudden i got kicked off then couldnt reload the game for 15 minutes then went back on and it ate like $50 without 2-3 paylines or features on low bets even!
anyways rant rant rant probably breaking forum rules but cant even find how to delete my posts from earlier! sorry new to forums haven't been a member on anysites like this before. maybe its just easier to go to actual poker machines then online "house always wins"

however I maybe think before writing such a indepth and educated post about a casino you should maybe re-do it over a coffee rather than 9 Stella Artois.
You may well have many points you want addressing but I can assure you they won't be taken seriously due to the manner in which you posted.
Perhaps re write your experiences, and also attempt to contact a rep for mr green on here, (lol under I-gaming reps) if they have one that will be your first port of call.
Anyway I wish you well with the inevitable hangover, there truly is nothing worse!..

Yeah, I didn't take OP seriously either. But I see someone did.

In my opinion someone saying "I overspent" is not fair indication of a gambling problem.
It seems Mr. Green might be a bit over-zealous in protecting problem gamblers.
I'm confident that their rep will correct the error.

im back in business

Im back in business just found a much better casino!
and it wasn't the drink making me weird in the head it was an anti depressant which caused me to get serotonin syndrome im fine now i haven't had it in a few days and slowly adjusting back to reality. NOT GOOD thought as it caused me to go to hard on Mr Green but still they didn't need to bar me for 6 months 2 weeks would be fine and they'd still have a customer.
