Misc Correction Mr Green Cashout Times / Pending

I do find quite a few reps don't reply without a bit of a push.
That excuse is rubbish, the hotter it is the quieter things tend to get online as people don't stay in staring at a computer screen, they go out in the sun.
When I used to sell a lot on ebay, we used to end 80% of our listings at around 6-8pm on a Sunday night, i used to dread it being a hot weekend as the final prices would average about 30% less than if it was in the middle of winter!

As an update I've just been paid, so 111 hours since requesting the withdrawal.

Damn, man you have patience. That is simply unacceptable in this day and age. Glad you got your money.

Normally Bryan deals with rep related issues but in this case I think I'll take a stab at it subject to review when Bryan returns.
 
To be fair, it was me who mentioned the month, but when the answers are will be paid soon, or I guess it might be within 2-3 days, then that doesn't seem like good cutomer service to me.
They aren't allowed to speak to the payments team, nor can customers speak to managers, and live chat obviously don't have a clue what they are doing.

They apparently had extra staff in yesterday to clear the backlong, considering I've been waiting 4 days now, how long was the backlog, weeks?
The rep replied to my first pm, then ignored my next 2 on thursday, even though he was online on Friday.

Just spoke to customer services on the phone about updating my photo ID and asked what time frame withdrawals are currently and was told withdrawals can take upto 48 hours to process.

Thats a little different from 0-5 hours quoted here on CM

I honestly think I have to cut this casino from my list of fast paying casinos.

We always aim to process withdrawals within 24 hours. There are indeed cases where it takes longer, due to circumstance (e.g. KYC reasons).
More information about withdrawals can also be found on our website. I am not sure if I can post the link here, so I will refrain so. (Our customer service department can always help out with this too.)

I know that a withdrawal can still be cancelled up until the withdrawal is processed. We are looking into different options regarding this.
We do always try to do our best and see how we can improve the customer experience, as we do understand that this fact can sometimes lead to frustrations.

Again, my most sincere apologies for any inconvenience.

Thanks for the Wednesday morning joke.

Just pay your players and stop looking for excuses as to why withdrawals are delayed. It is clear why operators delay - VIP / KYC complete, there is a guarantee you WILL stall. We would all be happy if you paid as quick as you took our deposits.

OK, just to give you a little feedback on this.
If you can ask for ID, therefore meaning you have manually looked a a withdrawal, within 24 hours, then it shouldn't take 72 hours for you to check the ID. According to live chat you had extra staff in to clear the backlog for at least 1 day while it was being done, so presumably the delay was a lot longer than that before then.

A while ago I withdrew to the wrong method by mistake (skrill instead of visa). Nothing was shown on screen to show this, and for 3 days live chat told me everything was fine, you had a backlog. 3 days later it was put back into my account, with no email or anything, I only found out as I logged into my account to get onto live chat again. I'm not sure if that has changed but if you haven't it needs sorting.

Also, I get constant spam from this idiot not just for you but this is awful. For a start I haven't opted into this mailing list, I have unsubscribed months ago and look at the state of it. Seriously 80100 bonus?
