If I'm totally honest Mr Green go over and above what I expect from a casino. However today was a bit different. I called Customer service and asked if they can, at their convenience calculate my RTP % on game of thrones.

Kelly asked if I could hold while she talked with a team member about it, no problem I replied. Now this is where it gets interesting.

Kelly came back within a minute or two saying Mr Green CANT get that information for me. Now, don't get me wrong, with out being sarcastic, my life won't be affected by not having the information but as a depositing player I'm staggered Mr Green can't do this for me.

Any feed back would be appreciated

Thanks

Phil

Its abit rude not to giving you theses details considering your basic paying there wage, It would of been diffrent if they do not have this info or gave you a reason why not,

Personally it does not makes a blind bit of difference to me about RTP ect as will not change a thing, But people have there reasons and if I was told they can not do this than plenty more palaces to play,

But credit where is due MrGreen is normally top notch

Thank you for your input spintee. I agree that I'm a depositing player it's not asking too much for that info.

Might email Mr Green and ask if Andy could take a quick peek at this thread

Thanks

Phil

You could do that, or maybe Andy even could immediately fid your desired info..
On the other hand, maybe Kelly did see it, and maybe she saw your RTP was so abysmal on that particular game, she felt it would be in direct conflict with their "Gentleman's Philosophy", as it may destroy your sanity or at least your good mood !! :p

Seriously though, i think they should be able to, but better just p.m. Andy, and wait till Monday.

Hi Phil, folks...

Thanks for the heads up.
Let me have a word with support.
Either the functionality to do this is temporarily broken, or you got an agent who didn't know how to get this for you.

I'll get back to you
Cheers
Andy

Hi Andy,

When I last time lost on one slot €450 and asked support to give me RTP on that session, just got such reply:

"I am sorry to hear this. Unfortunately I am unable to issue you with the RTP as this is calculated over longer period of times and effects all players so I am unable to just issue yours on one game, sorry."

Just wondering, why other casinos can provide RTP within few minutes, hours or days (sometimes) and MrGreen can't do this?

Have you tried contacting them again? I'm sure they should be able to give you this information. It's a bit of a poor thing to say, "We can't give you this information" and just give no proper reason.

Or it might be because it doesn't prove anything. An RTP figure for your own play is totally useless and irrelevant - you either trust the published RTP of the game or you don't. I'm not saying it's not interesting but if I were a casino, answering questions like this can only bring more hassle.

For example, I can easily do 5,000 spins on a game like Great Blue and have an RTP of close to 50%. What does that tell me? That the game is crooked? Or that I've been unlucky? Then the 5,001st spin might bring in a big hit that suddenly makes it closer to 90%.

I personally wouldn't worry about it: use your gut feel if a game is for you and if not, try another. I would be pretty confident that Mr Green's games would have the RTP that is published.

Hi

Misunderstanding I think combined with an old policy.
We can pass on your RTP of course.
There was a time when we had a major run of players all asking for their RTP for sessions as short as a few minutes.
As Simmo and others have said it doesn't prove anything, or give any really valuable info but it resulted in Customer Services being tied up with
"Well the site says the game is 97% and I just played 10 euros and I only got 10%, I'm sending a complaint to the LGA".
At that point CS were told to give longer term RTPs on request but to try to avoid giving it out for very short sessions as it takes time to get it and means other players are kept waiting while we deal with misinformed "complaints".

I see both sides of course and if you really do want your session RTP you'll get it.
What do you do with it though?

Cheers
Andy

Very true, Like I said why on earth someone would want that info is beyond me, They may have there reasons,
But if somebody asked than surley they should not be told NO, If you ask for a receipt at shop and they said no I will not be to happy, But again why on earth would you want a receipt? For a pack of biscuits and a drink,

It will not take an einstein to write a program for this, Not in this day and age anyway,

Actually I might pop in and have a quick spin as been a while :)

Hi Andy,

Thank you for your reply.

I understand your side too. But I had sent request via email, so it's not a urgent case and I can wait for reply. And I hope that your support staff also understand that. And yes, in anyway, it's your business and there are all kind of customers can be, someone can lose 10 euros and ask for RTP and someone can lose thousands and ask for the same thing.

"What do you do with it though?"

Well, it's for my "internal" needs and it's helps to make some decisions. Just for example, if casino can't provide RTP, I don't play there.
And your question a bit strange to me. I'm not asking you what do you do with the money that I had lost in your casino :)

Have a nice day, Andy!
