After being robbed by Stryyke (658 euros) my trust in Casino-sites were rather low. However, I got a voucher and a 120% bonus from the site "Mr Green" so I decided to try for 500 NOK (100 USD) to clear the bonus. Playing Devils Delight I soon won 26000 NOK (5000 USD), and due to my Stryyke experience, I wrote to support for a confirmation of my winning.

The winning was confirmed, but when I finished my session, the account said 0.00! I was certain that this was gonna be Stryyke all over again, and I contacted support who said they were gonna look into the matter. They kept me updated and stated they were working on it. They even phoned me and ensured me that they were gonna give me my money back. And a couple of hours later, the money was back in my account, in addition they added 1000 NOK for the inconvinience.

I just want to share my story as Mr Green has proven they run a great business and genuinely respect their customers. They have all my recommendations!

Mr. Green is reviewed at Casinomeister.
i can confirm your experience. i also played and cashed out at mr. green, all was handled fast and friendly. i trust them in all aspects.

if you like netent games, you have to try comeon casino. they were even better than mr green in my experience. i cashed out twice there, money was in my moneybookers 3 minutes after i hit the cashout button.

also their sitelayout is very professional!

most netent casinos you can trust imo, i play betsson casinos mostly, no issues ever, withdrawals always paid out in under 1 hour.

stryyke was one big disaster, happy i never played there.

congrats on your winnings! what have you bet as you hi the 5k?

cheers

Mr Green are a great casino with great consumer service.
I play there alot and their tournaments are good because the winnings are withdraw-able at once and there are no such "bye inns,2$ continues" bu****** in the tournaments.
The one think it´s sad that their missing are a "play-true" thingy, where you can see how mush left before you can cash out your bonus. You need to contact them by mail to find out.
They also always had an 25x playthrue on bonuses, but recently change that to 35x.

Mr green are 1 of the best out there.

I played a while back. Won £300. Hadnt realised I took the bonus but carried on playing and ended up meeting WR and having over £600 to withdraw (I think it was only off a £30 deposit as well :D)

I requested payment. The problem was that they pay in euros and made a mistake with the currency conversion so i got paid less. I informed them. They said no problems and would send the extra.

The 2nd time it happened again. Was short. Only by about £6 or so overall. I contacted to inform them and was passed onto a manager who sent me £50 cash to my bank to apologise :D

Nothing but pleased with MR Green

I didn't wonder that slots pays out so well. I like it, but my experience is that the bonus rounds doesn't pay so much. What was the denomination you played with? What coins?

Bonus rounds have always payed quite well there I think. I was playing the minimum perspin on dungeons and dragons (£1 a spin) hit the free spins bonus. Completed that minigame thing, spun the right numbers and killed the final boss to get something like 10 free spins at x14 multiplier.

Once the spins started I hit about 3 reels of the stacked wilds which that spin alone made me over £200, took about £330 from thoese spins :D

Thanks for posting that!
I always thought MrGreen was a NetEnt casino... but that's a WagerWorks slot you're talking about.
However, when I checked I found they have slots from BOTH softwares in their casino. Cool!

This outfit has been around for some time now and was founded by a couple of the guys who put Betsson together. If memory serves, it moved into the UK market either late last year or early this, but prior to that built up a strong Scandinavian following and won a couple awards.

Good questions!
I looked through their T&Cs and it doesn't say anything about not allowing Canadians - but then it doesn't seen to say anything about ANY restricted countries, thought the USA are sure to be excluded.
It's a bit of an odd one actually, because they have a mixture of NetEnt and WagerWorks games - the latter are definitely NOT allowed in Canada, but I think that NetEnt is...

Not sure about the visa question either. Your best bet would be to contact them yourself & just ask!

I had to ask them the same question!
It's hidden away in the general T&C's, point 3.7:
3.7 If you are eligible for a bonus, that is for example a login bonus of £5, or a deposit bonus of 100% up to a certain amount, then you are asked to wager the deposit and the bonus Fifty (50) times before making any cash-outs of the bonus or winnings. If you would like to request a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are fulfilled Mr Green will deduct the whole bonus amount as well as any winnings before approving any withdrawal. Wagering at Video Poker, roulette (any roulette), Black Jack (any Black Jack) or any other Table Game does not count in the wagering requirements. Bonuses are only available to players from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Austria, Great Britain and Germany. Local wagering requirements may be applied. Bonuses/Freespins at Mr Green can only be received once per household. Risk-free bets on any games do not qualify for Mr Green’s wagering requirements.
Totally LUDICROUS WR there - I wont be signing up anytime soon... :(

jackpot city was better

least they didnt try bar me everyday in attempts to take my money and run

well i think you got your point across 3rd thread with the same complain,
why not PM the rep https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/crosby.html
and let him have a look at it.

yes and before you even get a chance to make the WR without losing your credits rather then bonus credits i won in tournements , they will attempt to bar you time and time again ive just had this experience over the past week with them

They bared me cause i was chatting to there staff while intoxicated and said the wrong thing obviously but its like they were hunting for me to say something in which they could bar me as i asked to many questions. I had a problem with there terms and conditions and wagering amounts not even moving. Went through $290 euros yet the wagering requirement was still 0/1800. So therefor had no idea when i could ever withdraw my wins! Complete Shambles of a website why on earth do you support this website?
Yes there friendly staff till you have a problem they'll find anyway to bar you the amount of times these guys said to me "do you feel your out of control" because id asked to see my data or any sort of query the imminent threat of being bared was right there. I have no gambling addiction i just went on a drinking binge and while i do that i like to bloody gamble. Im from New Zealand we do things a little differently here. When i go to the pub i drink and gamble and since being unwell ive been doing it from home instead and found online gambling to be rather unfair biased and the staff are all "friendly robots" till you have an issue E.g i was angry at the games lagging and not loading properly when they should have been next minute its "are you out of control" etc lol i know its just there job but come on these websites are for fun, i was having fun and now they've ruined that and given me a bad experience.

ok new to forums lol yeah i should do that, but since when is being drunk and playing games against there rules? they trying to say im gambling compulsively rather then for fun, it was all fun lol sheesh saying for my own saftey they shut me down?! cant a man have a beer n gamble! i hadnt made any deposits over the past couple days to them thats probably why and lost all my winnings due to stupid WR and there system not updating it while i play....

Being bored i had a quick gkance at the general bonus terms.
It seems to say x35 the bonus money on wagering.

But it also sais, only slots count...
But more importantly, you start using the cash balance first, and wagering only starts when using bonus money. But if making a withdrawal before finishing wagering requirements all and the bonus money and any wins gained from it will e forfited. Meaning, i believe, that you can withdraw before dipping into bonus money but u will forfit the bonus funds.

Dont bet your life on it that im correct,, but its how i understood it last time i played a while back, and seems to still be the same.

Hope that helps.
