Dormant account

Any info on them?
I saw a post here at casinomeister, then visited their site and took the 20$ no deposit offer. I was lucky enough to work them up to 100$ and deposited 21$ in order to fulfill the term they for withdrawal of the bo deposit bonus. Has anyone had any successful withdrawal with them? How long does it take for a neteller withdrawal?
They give you $20 with no deposit required, but to withdraw that $20, you have to 1) wager it 30 times, and 2) deposit an additional $20 and wager that deposit 15 times... That's $950 wagered for a $20 bonus. :eek2: :eek2:
I was lucky enough to raise 20$ to 100$ by meeting t&c's.
Then deposited the minimum 21$, received a 20% bonus
of 4.2$ and had to meet 380 wager. It was really easy to
do this. What i want to know is if they have a good payment's
history. I really do not want not to "lose" these bucks. I
have 170$ in my account : 20$ free, 21$ deposit and 4.2$
bonus. The fact that made wonder is that they say that
a player can have a maximum withdrawal of 100$ using the
no deposit bonus... But they give 20% up to 200$ and you
have to deposit in order to withdraw the free bonus.... :what:
Does this mean you deposit 1000$, you receive 200$, you meet
the w.r. and then you withdraw 100$ because you already have the
20$ no deposit in your account......???? Also all bonuses are received
automatically. I told them that i want to deny the 20% bonus
on the deposit in order to make a withdrawal immediatelly but they
denied. Pretty strange... I sent them an email. Let's wait for their

PS : The support answers emails in a few minutes and the games
seemed nice to me.
I have friends that cashed out winninfs from no deposit bonus.but I think they wont say same about their customer support.they said ,they asked a question about payments, payment received them and then answer of the question received.
I got my money in full but I bring to your attention the last 2 emails I had with their customer support. I want to declare that I received my money in less than 24 hours and I'm glad about this but I still believe that the bonus rules are silly and a lot of players can be trapped easily.

Subject: Withdrawal Request.

Let me ask you something.
As i understand now i have used the 20% up to 200 bonus
in order to receive the 20$ no deposit bonus which has
a maximum withdrawal of 100$. I told you yesterday that
i want to deny the initial bonus and only make a deposit.
What if i deposited 1000$ to receive the 200$ initial
bonus? I would deposited 1000$ and be able to withdraw
100$.... because of the no deposit bonus? Is this a trick
or something. I really liked your casino but i want the
20% bonus again... The way i received it was useless in my
opinion. What do you have to say?

Hi Ioannis,

As stipulated on our PROMOTIONS page.

In order to Withdraw the No Deposit bonus, the player must wager a minimum of 30 times the bonus and make a successful deposit over $20 and complete the playthrough associated with that deposit.

Wagers in Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Sic bo and War do not count towards this wager requirement and Blackjack wagers count as 50% towards playthrough.

The maximum cash-out on any new account free money bonus amount is $100.00. Your balance will be set to $0 after the withdrawal has been processed.

Yes,you did receive the initial deposit bonus of 20% up to $200 free and in order to cash-out from your free $20 no deposit you must receive the 20%.

On all of your future deposits we will give you an added 15% bonus for using your Neteller account.

Warm regards,
Customer Service

And a few minutes following my withdrawal request :

Hello Ioannis

My name is Jerome and I'm the Casino Supervisor here at Mount Olympus Casino.

I wanted to let you know that I reviewed your account and that the interaction you had with our Customer Service agents was brought to my attention.

Please note that we must include several promotion rules due to the fact that we deal with many fraudulent players who will abuse the bonuses offered and even use fraudulent depositing methods to obtain funds from the casino.

Having said that I can confirm that your account is in good standings and because we do value the business of our legitimate players like yourself I decided to pay your winnings in full.

If you have any questions or any comments please feel free to contact me at your convenience and I hope you continue to enjoy the entertainment we provide.

All the best!

Jerome Kemp
Casino Supervisor

That's it. The conclusions are yours. I 'm glad I get my money so fast and I hope the casino does not play any tricks or anything. Their games, support and payments were all more than good for me. If I hear other people share same impressions with me I ll be glad to deposit again there.
