I am still in shock that a few months ago I became Bonus banned from all the Rivals except Slotto cash. I never have abused the bonuses. I have deposited tons of money in there. I was shocked when this happened and am still bonus banned. I always played and never cashed out way after the requirements were met. They were not huge jackpots they were 300 dollar ones perhaps the largest one was one thousand. I have been bonus banned at many of them that I never even won anything at. The one who opened up bonus for me was Paradise 8. There bonuses were sneaky though. I played this one bonus and won 700 from them but could only cashin 300. When I wrote and asked why, they stated I should have looked more closely at the " sneaky bonus rules" yes it said you can't cash in more then 7 times of your deposit. Anyway, I think these Rivals really need to answer for these bonus bans that are wrong to do to players that never did anything to deserve this.

Trust me, you are not alone...after winning too much (I guess) and not depositing enough, no bonuses, no email, nada (at most).....they seem to have no concept of keeping a player who would play if they offered something once in a blue moon:mad:

Thanks for letting me know that I am not alone here. Literally this situation has made me sick to my stomach. I played and deposited so much money in many of Rival casinos and because of a few small wins,( at 3 rival casinos, then all the Rivals bonus ban me,except slotto cash) After a few months when I wrote them and asked why am I still bonus banned? I have been playing here without bonuses these passed few months. They reply, " we can't explain why however because you are still red flagged we can not open up bonuses for you but will contact you if this changes". I feel nauseous about this. Even after all these months I played there without a bonus. I feel just as sick as when I was told I was bonus banned for no real reason except they never want you to cash in any amount of money at all.

I use to be a HUGE Rival player - I only now rarely play @ Slotto. Their bonus terms have gotten silly and once when I won on a free chip I had to deposit from QT to be able to cash out ( which I could understand them wanting some ID verification - but I had deposited in the past w/ QT ) and then I was given no more bonuses  I am basically done w/ Rival and its sad because US has so few choices these days.

Thanks, I am pretty sure at this point I am done with most of the Rivals as well. Except slotto cash. They never bonus banned me and this is the casino I have won the most money at.Yes the ones that bonus banned me the most I have won was 1000 dollars. Strange but I say give it time and most will ditch playing Those Rivals

Well, this is plain PREDATORY. Misleading players into believing that a bonus ban will be lifted if they continue to "show loyalty". It also seems you have done NOTHING "wrong", and EVERYTHING "right".

Although slotto doesn't USE the database, I bet it CONTRIBUTES to it.

I believe Rival ALSO have a policy of bonus banning players SIMPLY FOR WINNING, even though they may well have kept to the other unwritten rules of the database.

This database is SHARED, even between UNRELATED Rival casinos. For example, those run by Silverstone Overseas can ALSO see what you are up to at those run by Bonne Chance, and vice versa. This database looks like it breaches privacy laws in the extent of data shared BETWEEN different operators using Rival software.

A simple exercise might demonstrate.

Add up your deposits at ALL Rival casinos (even Slotto), and then add up ALL your withdrawals.

Next, see if in total your withdrawals exceed your deposits, meaning that whilst you have lost in some Rival casinos, you have WON overall on the software. This, I believe, is why you are STILL flagged after months of play without bonuses at the others, your good fortune at Slotto may be keeping you ahead.

Solution - tell Rival casinos that bonus ban you that you will NOT play there any longer, you can labour the point about unfairness at individual Rival casinos you are DOWN at. Further, tell them that OTHER Rival casinos are STILL offering you bonuses, and these are the ones that you will continue to play at.

Currently - I bet many are thinking "what a mug - he continues to deposit believing he will somehow get back on the bonus list by showing loyalty, so we are making money - no need to offer him anything at the moment"

Many of the "secrets" behind this central database have been revealed, some directly, others by looking at cause and effect. One BIG cause and effect I have seen posted is that these bonus bans often follow on from a substantial cash-out at just one or two Rival casinos.

It looks very much as if they are operating as a "cartel", with there separateness not as "separate" as they would have us believe.

SlottoCash often gets the plaudits, and is it a coincidence that Slotto is about the ONLY Rival casino that is NOT part of this "cartel", but is genuinely run on the model of the operator merely LICENSING the software from the software vendor.

We would be pretty surprised if a player won a huge amount at, say, 32Red, and then found themselves bonus banned at OTHER Microgaming casinos as a result, even ones they were down at. With Rival, this is "routine", and merely produces the odd "bitch & moan", sometimes blowing up into a full Rant.

Yes, Sloto's bonus terms have gotten silly. High WRs combined with uncashable bonuses and min cashouts. It seems they try to use every trick in the book to prevent you from cashing out unless you get very lucky.

Thank you for letting us know all about this information. All the more reason Most of the Rivals should be on the Rogue lists. Atleast they should come and answer for this to start with. When I was first Bonus banned I wrote to a few of the reps I found on here about it here and not one of them wrote me back.

I live in the Netherlands, and for that reason I'm bonus banned by default at most Rivals, but not all of them.
Sloto, Vegas Regal, Fortune Reel and Slot Power have never denied me any bonus, and a few weeks ago I started to receive promo's from Da Vinci' Gold, and to my big surprise the offered bonusus were really available in the cashier, so it seems they have unbanned me too.
Weird thing is, that was just after I cashed out 450 (the max) from a free chip
at FR.
So to me it seems that these Rivals are capable of taking their own decisions, database or not.

For me its very simple, I only play at the Rivals that offer me a bonus, I like the games, and my playbudget is small these days.

I think its really a shame that they bonus-ban loyal players for cashing out, casino's give bonusus to attract players, now they are chasing them away..

Here is a copy of the mail I get from all of them when I ask about the bonus ban.

Dear Cheryl

We would like to inform you that You can still play at the casino for Real or Fun, however you will not be able to claim a bonus at this time. Continuous play can result in a further review of your account to switch your status back to eligible. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again. Sincerely,Mayan Fortune Customer Service

I have had my problems with slotto as well. There customer service sucks! I still get bonuses here and there from them but you practically have to beg them for it. Out of all the Rivals they have the most unfriendly customer service.

I use to be a HUGE Rival player - I only now rarely play @ Slotto. I'm pretty much done with all the Rivals. In the last few months I've experienced everything from very shoddy customer service, CS that can't answer anything intelligent, bonus offers that are ridiculous and a total lack of playtime. I'm pretty much bonus banned anyway so that part isn't new but even the lack of playtime anymore means it is a time for a change. Back to RTG or MG and Thunderstruck:D....I do like to go hunting for those rams! Anyway, back to closing Rival accounts.......

P.S. I think it was this afternoon when I did the Mayan Fortune 150% bonus for Psychedelic 60's...if you wager $100 on that slot and bust (or win) you get $30. Log out and then log back in and it is supposed to be there...well it wasn't...so went to chat..they had no idea but would forward the request to promotions and someone would email me in 24-48 hours...that was the straw that broke the camels back. How inept do you have to be to work at these places?

I started to hold doubts about Rival casinos when they first started tweaking their slots.

The pay tables where 1/2'ed. 4 scatters on that circus theme slot gave 20 free spins. After tweaking it gave 10 and it got worse from that point on.

Rival Rob would always throw up his usual Spin Dr routine when players realised they'd tweaked something again. But unfortunately most people got suckered still.

After hearing the blah...blah...blah I realised most Rivals were a disaster waiting to happen.

IMHO when they (Rival) figured that players don't care about the constant slot tweaking because they kept dropping cash, the next move was to introduce this fluffed up bonus abuser rule.

Now you'd think people would stop playing - I would. But no people continued depositing and in effect this told Rival that again you can stiff players because we will keep depositing.

Well...All disgruntled players here have two choices.

One: Keep depositing and wait until Rival pull another rabbit our of the hat that will screw you even further.

Or

Two: Stop depositing and boycott them.

Money or lack of deposits will send a strong message to Rival to stop these stupid shenanigans.

Be careful. Did the promo actually state deposit and wager $100. I got trapped from a promo at sloto many months back. Originally, this kind of promo meant that you deposit any amount but had to wager the specific sum to get the bonus. This was confirmed by support and I got the bonus accordingly. However, on another occasion (with similar promo terms) I didnt get the bonus after wagering the specified amount and I was told I had to deposit and wager the specified amount instead of simply wagering it. Sloto did credit me the bonus as a one-off however. Now if this was what the promo stated the casino may not grant you the bonus by saying you didnt deposit the specific amount.

Hi Chuchu.....I double checked and it was "wager" $100. They finally gave it to me but again it took three emails. Received email that said it was there..logged in and it wasn't. Emailed them back..no bonus...they emailed me to log in again..and there it was. That lasted about 10 minutes because of low rolling. I don't care who thinks I'm nuts but all of these slots have been tweaked.....and not for the better. So, good luck to anyone who may get lucky enough to cashout!!

That is a DRAMATIC change indeed. One would have expected a decrease in one area, such as paytables, would be matched by an increase in another, such as multipliers and number of spins.

RTP can be varied considerably by the most MINOR of tweaks, such as adding a couple of extra symbols to one reel. Halving paytables should roughly HALF the RTP of the game assuming no other changes. Surely, ALSO halving the number of free spins for 4 scatters makes this WORSE. How on earth are they making the RTP back up after the change to paytables:confused:

Are these proper slots at all:confused:

If these changes have no effect on RTP, then there must be WEIGHTING behind the scenes, so that the RTP is similar to before.

Given that it seems they are constantly tweaking the slots, how can we be sure the RTP is constant. They could be reducing RTP by these tweaks, and maybe by a significant amount.

When some of us complain something has changed at Microgaming, and the slots have tightened up, we KNOW that at least the paytables and reelstrips have not changed, but even this does not convince everybody.

Rival constantly mess with paytables, free spins, etc, and we are SUPPOSED to believe that when Rival slots tighten up it is all in our imagination, and the RTP is really the same as before.

Bollox:p

Maybe this bonus banning and individualisation of WR requirements is ANOTHER way of balancing long term RTP for individual players. If you LOSE, the bonuses and WR will loosen up, but if you get lucky, the bonuses either disappear, or come with very high WR. This could all be managed by this central database, so that the RTP of an individual player is tracked across ALL Rival powered casinos, with offers being adjusted with the aim of keeping this RTP within a certain long term range - a bit like a UK Fruit Machine would play if you sat on it for a very long time, going from loose to tight and back again.
We do know that sometimes individual casinos overrule this database, sometimes to compete with other Rival casinos from the "other group".
Slotto are independent, and seem keen to override this database in favour of their own systems.

This just in from Rival. Hopefully this will answer a few questions and minimize the fears of a shared database:

Rival is committed to maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, security and privacy of customer information. In order to continue building customer's trust, we would like to clarify how Rival's anti-fraud, auditing, and CS system are structured.

Rival provides a casino management solutions package to its licensees through its exclusive white label provider. One aspect of the solutions package is an anti-fraud and transaction auditing service. The trained and trustworthy managing team responsible for providing this service is given access to only the necessary customer data with which they require to fulfill their duties. The team is not affiliated with any individual Rival-Powered operator. Individual Rival operators have access solely to their own customer information from their own casino operation. They do not have access to customer information from other Rival properties.

A second related aspect of Rival's casino management solution is a centralized customer support service. In order to maximize overall efficiency, support representatives are assigned a group of casinos. With controlled access to customer data, they provide support via phone, email and live chat to the customers of these casinos.

The system in its entirety provides for effective fraud control and efficient transaction auditing, while maintaining the confidentiality of customer information at individual casinos.
