Question Most Played

This is a question for the Casino Reps and only if you are allowed to answer.
Out of curiosity i am just wondering what is the most played game at your casino?

I can guess on Net ent it would be DOA or Starburst or MG would me IR or Thunder 2.

I dont play any other software so do not the games sorry but would love to know the most popular slots in all the softwares.

Also there has to be certain slots that are played very rarely by players.Would these be avoidable because there is not cash in the pot or does it make a difference how many people are playing it.

DOA may be in the TOP Played slots, but I doubt it is the most played. That honor would certainly go to StarBust or TwinSpit :) - Obviously, I could be way off the money there but Im certain someone would clarify that.. :)

I'm with Nate on this one.

As popular as the games you mention are or appear to be, I'd guess that for everyone one who plays these games there's 4 or 5 who don't. Especially DOA and IR due to their 'balance gobbling' abilities (once bitten, twice shy n all that :p)

If that piece of filth is the most-played slot then it's either because so many free spins are doled out on it, or a collective insanity has overtaken the Western World, maybe some form of subliminal mind control sent from satellites?

Its defiantly going to be sh*tburst, Only due to the enormous amount of free spins given out on this rubbish, & to lose the odd change people want to get rid of,

I would reckon IR TFRL & a few other of the 243 ways would take a good % of amount spent, Of course it would vary from casino to casino but wouldn't it be lovely to be able to get the stats of the games providers :)

Spins made, Amount lost & amount won, More chance of rocking horse shit than to see the real stats,

Paddy Power is the only site I know about showing the actual numbers. I am guessing it's the number of spins played, can't be the number of people playing certain slot (that would be a lot of peple). Anyway, since they added NetEnt, Starburst shot right up the near top. Sure, this is without MGS or other in the mix, but shows that Starburst might be the most popular NetEnt...poor Victorious meanwhile, everytime I checked it had a big zero plays.

to lose the odd change people want to get rid of,
It's gotta be starburst because of this. I know I get incredibly frustrated that so many new games deny the player the ability to change the lines played or adjust the bet size down to penny increments. Starburst has a really nice interface and is player friendly in bet size/line adjusting so I always use it to spin off that annoying 3p sat in the balance hehe

It's Starburst 100%. Obviously the freespins play their part, but it's a lot of people's favourite game as well. I think it appeals a lot to the less "hardcore" players.

Net ent CEO said it was their most played game in a promo video last week.

I'm guessing Starburst as well. Not because it's an amazing game. I hate the thing. But as other have said, it's good to zero out a balance with, you have all the free spins that get dolled out on it and it's a very simple game with a clean layout. Not only this but remember a good percentage of players play with bonuses and DOA is usually a restricted game to some degree these days. Which would make playing it even more desirable. People tend to stick to what they know and I think almost everyone has played this game at some point or another. It's one of those slots you might play once in a while to see if it might hit anything, but that's it. It does get advertised hard too with FS promos, which no doubt helps.

I'd imagine IR etc are probably high up there too. I ALWAYS play IR! Playboy sometimes too. Doubt that one is high up there though. Which would be a shame. Has great potential payout especially with the Sofia bonus. Always gets the heart pumping that one!

Captain Chaos - If you know that DoA is a restricted game (or know how bonuses work in general) it probably puts you in the top 10% of online gamblers when it comes to experience. It's the other 90% who play a lot of Starburst :p

starburst may be the most played in terms of no. of spins

but what about the most wagered ..ie the most cumulative $$ spent on a slot...?

that'd be real interesting as well....

Unless it's a lie... BetSpin tell you which games are most popular (and by that I assume which are most played):

Starburst is next on that list, I just couldn't fit it into the shot.

But Betspin is a relatively new casino and obviously don't have 1/100th of the amount of players the big guys have. It also depends on what type of player base you have, if you do TV-ads I bet the players you attract are way more likely to play e.g. Starburst than if you mostly attract players via affiliates.

Hmmm. Most of those are new, so I guess that would make sense. Everyone wants to give the newer stuff a try. What on earth is An Evening With Holly Madison? Never heard of that one before! Take away the new stuff though and what is the most popular then? Quite a few of the new slots tend to fall in popularity once people have given them a good go I tend to believe. I reckon GoT in both varieties plus the Netents might stick around for a while as favourites though. I certainly play GoT in 243 mode most deposits, so it's rapidly becoming one of my favourites for sure.

You're right and I should've said "casinos like BetSpin..."
There are other casinos that list games according to popularity. It's just that I was on BetSpin, saw the "popularity" tab and remembered this thread :)

Never really thought of this, but I'd have assumed that things like Mega Fortune etc. are most popular at least in the places that carry it. They seem to be the most advertised and becoming a millionaire appeals to most people.

I stand to be corrected, but I believe Avalon is still to this day one of the most popular MGS Slots. Along with Thunderstruck and Break Da Bank. You can't beat the oldies :)

Had a brief chat to a Casino Rep about NetEnt:

Most Played Videoslots:

1. Starburst
2. Twin Spin
3. Gonzo's Quest

Most Played Overall

1. Starburst
2. Jackpot 6000
3. Twin Spin

Of course, this varies region to region and perhaps casino to casino. Some countries prefer some slots more than others. Scandinavia plays Shitburst, JP600 and Twin Spit more than anyone else :)

Starbust, Twin Spin and Gonzo's Quest?

It kind of makes sense because most online casinos that have net-ent list these 3 games usually at the top of the games list and I would agree that starbust has more universal appeal for a slot because of its ease of play and neat simple theme. All these 3 games can be really brutal though - especially Gonzo's Quest you could be waiting A LONG time between features and I find rolling reel base games are really hard to win on.
