More RTG nonsense

Many RTG sites play this game where they ask you to VERIFY your account when you already have done so. Never at random; only after a win and withdrawal request. Poor customer service. A simple stall tactic. They don't do it each and every time you win but they shouldn't be doing it at all.

They make you send in documents you've already sent.
It's happened to me at last 10 times....I did eventually get paid but it's just wrong and it's frustrating.

These are accredited sites.

I hope the Meister can look into this.

They engage in shady activities

Ie in chat told max bet 10 dollars but website says 9.99. They ceased my 25,000 dollar jackpot win because of this penny and they’re misinformation and nothing you can do about it. No body will be able to protect you from doing anything they want to do to your monies.

I'm not so sure mentioning the sites would even make a difference. I have a current issue with Everygame {formerly intertops). Thus I looked up the rep for the casino and sent a private message to him/her and waited for a response that never came. I guess it should come as no surprise since it does say "Last seen Mar 7, 2022". However I was under the impression that in order to be an accredited casino, the casino must follow the rules that are listed in the Standards for Accredited Casinos. But, perhaps I'm wrong... maybe the rules apply only to become Accredited, then once Accreditation is received, the rules that are very important to the players, no longer apply to the casinos?

2. Must have an active representative (who can walk and chew gum at the same time) listed in Casinomeister forum. This representative must be directly involved with customer/player service, or who can make decisions involving player issues. This representative needs to log in at least once a week.
