Resolved More problems with GNUf- taken back a 10k win

Its very strange..just to rub salt into my ten thousand wounds...they have now revised their terms and conditions to allow ALL Aces????

9. Unless stated otherwise on terms specific to a promotion, play at certain games will contribute a different percentage of the playthrough requirement:

100% - all Slots, American Roulette and all Parlor Games
50% - all Table Pokers (except Texas Hold’em), Red Dog, all Roulettes (except American Roulette), Casino War and Sic Bo
10% - all Video/Power Pokers (except All Aces Video/Power Pokers), all Blackjacks (except Classic Blackjack), all Craps, all Baccarats and all Texas Hold’em Poker Games
2% - Classic Blackjack and All Aces Video/Power Pokers

This is simply because since then Gnuf/Betway have merged with Palace Group and have adopted the bonus terms and game weightings that Palace Group uses.

2% - Classic Blackjack and All Aces Video/Power Pokers

Exact same contribution as 32Red. These two games also happen to have the highest return of all Microgaming games.

Good idea imo to not completely disqualify these games from bonus play.

This is simply because since then Gnuf/Betway have merged with Palace Group and have adopted the bonus terms and game weightings that Palace Group uses.

However, this has been officially DENIED in an email of "clarification" sent out to players, which says that GNUF has now "Partnered with Betway group".

They are clearly MISLEADING players about the connection with Palace group, even though it is "bleedin' obvious" to any player that also plays, or has played, at Palace Group, and also "bleedin' obvious" to those players who can READ, and glance at the address bar in their browser when claiming the bonus.

GNUF "partnering with Betway" is not a NEW change, it has ALWAYS been the case since they were accredited last year, so WHY was this email sent, if not to throw players off the trail that leads to the Palace Group.

The ONLY way out is for them to "come clean", and say what this connection with Palace group is. If there is nothing to hide, WHY are they keeping quiet about it.

Prime are "connected" to the Palace Group, and this HAS been clarified, and it turns out that the owners of Prime have contracted out their marketing and support to Palace Group. If this is ALL that has happened with GNUF and Betway, just say so and clear the air of these suspicions.

It seems some players have tried to get clarification from the Betway rep, but nothing has come back so far. The rep for an accredited casinos is expected to be there for players, and respond in a reasonable length of time, allowing for non-working days, holidays, etc. If the rep has moved on, the casino management should give the job to another member of staff.

It doesn't seem like Max and Bryan have been kept "in the loop" either, other than what has been told to players.

Read it again dude:

"...then you agree that the casino holds the right to void any winnings made from these games at our discretion."

Do we speak the same language?

Honestly, does anyone check gnufs t&c every time they make a deposit there?
I doubt that. Therefore I would look down on OP the way you do, coz' who knows one day they might backstamp and change t&c at your favourite casino. Who'll be the one to laugh last then?

The fact they they've just reinstated all aces @ 2% is another proof of that.

Well... I only check it once, when signing up but I guess I'll take OPs story as a valuable lesson.

Easiest thing to do, when your casino has financial problems, would be to restrict slot games for a couple of days, void all winnings, then bring old t&c back
