more MG bullcrap

babs, FYI a casino CSR who takes on a chat is often not the one who can fix issues with a promotion, credit an account, etc. There are separate divisions / people who have the authority / administration rights to do that.

So IMO, you were overly harsh in that chat.

Now that is bullcrap jerrylee! CS have always fixed theese issues for me, only when being granted free money inqueries do they have to argue with their superior officer to calculate what I am good for!

CS can enable, disable, restart whatever all bonuses and also give free money - this is what they are there for - tihs is what they do.

NB! I am referring to MG casinos!

Please don't throw the Casinomeister name around too much. All it does is stress people out. I'd prefer you'd just contact the casino rep if warranted. When people do this, it seems as though you're trying to tell them that you're more important then their other players. :p

...I asked them to close this account weeks ago so to my surprise it was still open...
Why did you decide to try and log back in if you told them to close it?? It's like calling up an ex and asking howzit goin'. :D

I said in the beginning that I got a flyer in the mail so I was going to reopen it because I was bored and wanted the free 25 spins but when I went to open it, my account was still active:)

On the other thing: I was just telling him i was a member there and if he ever reads the forum. First time I ever asked because i was on hold so long and sometimes they ask me stuff while they are waiting for stuff. It wasnt anything done as a motive, honest, Ill just keep the null stuff to the weather if you wish:)
