Here is another example of BelleRock top notch CS!!!!
1) I deposited for the UK only Right Royal bonus.
2) The deposit reflected in the account, and I logged off.
3) I claimed on the website claimform
4) Next day, I got the claim back:-

5) I emailed back correcting them about this, and that I had deposited.
They chose to ignore this e-mail, so I decided to simply claim again
6) To which I got this (next day)

7) Despite the "red haze", I noticed the date, too late to have been referring to the previous claim to have been credited when it had been rejected (the initial cause of the red mist). I checked my account and indeed it HAD been credited.
8) However, I then got this that directly contradicted the previous email

has been successful.

At this point, the red mist cleared, but I am annoyed at the total LACK of a human being in this entire affair. Have they now gone robotic entirely at CS HQ?
All replies were from "Sebastian", the "Oliver Curran" of RiverBelle. I wonder if he is an advanced model, or a prototype! From what I have seen, they would be better off getting hold of a few RoboSapien Mark II for the new year
