Monthly cashback at Sloto Cash

Has anyone received the Monthly cashback at Sloto Cash this month. It is now nearly a week overdue and they are telling me that they are having problems and it will be credited as soon as possible. I personally don't believe a word they say lately. Let me know if any one has received it yet. It is usually credited on the 1st of the Month.

I went to live chat on the 2nd of March to see what was up with mine.
They told me that Monthly cash back gets credited between the 1st and the 3rd of the Month.
I found this to be strange as I always have gotten mine shortly after midnight (PST) on the 1st of the Month.

So, on the 4th, I went back to live chat and they tell me that they were having tech problems with the automatic crediting and they would forward my issue to the proper dept.

Shortly after, they sent me an email to inform me that they manually calculated and credited my cash back and was ready in my acct.

I remain, a bit puzzled with, "the 1st-3rd, that cash back is credited".

ok, "Diane the Dumb" here.

I play regularly at Sloto'Cash sometimes I win, sometimes I lose.

What is the cashback feature? Is this a direct with Slotocash feature or through some affiliate program?

Thanks. I have been doing well there, so net for the past few months may be positive each month. I will check my records.

I am VIP with a dedicated contact person, so I will check with them and find out. Never knew it was an option.

Again..........thanks to the group for making me smarter every day. One more question to ask of every site I play at.

i received another reply saying that they are having trouble with the software provider and they didn't automatically credit the cashback. Still waiting. No manual credit for me and I am suppposed to be a VIP. I also got the email saying 1-3rd of the month, even though its always the 1st of the month. Dont know what is happeneing. Today is the 7th here.

Our software provider had a technical issue and they have confirmed that this has now been resolved, they have stated that the Cash Backs will be in your accounts by tomorrow after 12 Noon if not before.

I talked to chat last niight. They told me to wait about 5 days. I said ok can you at least tell me if I qualified this month. She said no that would take me over an hour to do. I wanted to say well isnt that part of your job/. But know I was nice and said have a good day/night. I give up lol

ive still to get mine but you can check if you qualified by going into cashier then details/history then history and check how much you have deposit and or withdrawn last month :) incase you didnt know ;)

I am very concerned to hear that someone on live chat refused to check your account to see if you qualified for cash back and informed you to wait 5 days!

Please provide me with the support reps name or the time of the chat so I can locate the chat log as it is totally unaceptable. I would like to apologize and agree yes it is their job!

As for cash back we did have an error which Rival confirmed they have now fixed. We had to change the date to today so it re-activated the filter. We have been manually granting as many as possible and again I would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.

But it seems that you have to deposit over €100 a month to get the 5% cashback.
This was never the rule, cause I never deposited more than 50 a month, mostly 25.
Also I've experienced since January I didnt receive the 100% VIP bonus. I asked in chat why (in January) They told me to wait untill February. Which I did. Still no Vip bonus. Contacted live support....they had to add it manually.
Then in March no Vip. Contacted live support, strange discussion with the chat person. You had to deposit at least 100 a month to get the VIP bonus.
I was really confused.
Copied the chat emailed support and contacted the I-gaming forum rep.
Still waiting for an answer (more than a week)

It makes me wondering:confused:

Yes, the $100 per month thing is news to me. I always received 5%, whether I had deposited only $25 or $200 per month. I continued depositing until November or December, yet the cash back stopped coming back in September, to my recollection. I said nothing about it, since it wouldn't have been very much, but, at the same time, I basically stopped depositing there since the elimination of cashback (combined with the fact that they bonus-banned me) further weakened the appeal of playing there.

I'd like Sloto to please confirm the $100 rule, and when that was implemented, if he would be so kind. Thanks.

Hi All

The $5 minimum cash back bonus has always been in place since we launched in 2007. 5% cash back on $100 is $5. Nobody has ever been given cashback under $5. Maybe you contacted support and they manually granted you $5 bonus as a loyal member. I have checked back on all cash back promotions since launch and they all say minimum bonus $5.
