I've never heard anything since cashing out from my first deposit.
Even though their promotions page says..

Edit: Just logged in and checked my account, and there was a 75% bonus waiting for me.
It seems like they don't email any offers. you just have to log in regularly

Think it's an independent, Rock Interactive, not a shared license. Has been running a couple of years before UKGC license obtained, no negative I know about, decent bonus wagering etc. and seemed a decent bunch when I met them at LAC. Obviously MG slots only which may put a few off, but that may change eventually.
