I think you(or they) might want to fix that landing page. It might just be my computer, but the only link thats active for me there is the one to Alderney gaming comission.

Anyways, Welcome onboard Moneygaming :)

That's odd. What browser are you using? I have no issues with Firefox.

I tried with both IE and Chrome. I tried going directly to moneygaming.com, but the page just gave me a "restricted country page", so its probably that which wont let me load any links on their landing page aswell.

It works from Sweden so just cross the border and you'll be fine ;)

Tbh that restricted webpage warning should have been put in place ages ago, i actually did deposit and play there in 2011 with none problems, 2012 also but they changed there T&C so denmark wasent allowed to play there, its all fine but did NEVER get any emails telling me that or closing my accounts so if i had asked for a withdraw it would have been refused since its in there T&C.

A some point they closed my account but i never got any messages from them about the subject, i never cared to ask live support about all this cause it was most likely a lost battle anyways but still pisses me off all the money i deposit there i had none way to actually get paid back on.

Hi Kazzi,

Apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Unfortunately as the market grows and more countries are regulated, we are forced to restrict many territories. In any instant we always inform our players beforehand and allow players a significant period of time to withdraw their money.

Many thanks

probably half year ago i registered there, read T and C few times, and i was pretty sure that my country(Belarus) can play all their games. So i deposit, but ALL aristocrat games i cannot play :(

Hi Homerbert

We do not restrict play from your country however at times our software providers have a more stringent list that we do. I am afraid this us out of our control.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Thanks

Paul.

Hi all

We really value all of your feedback thanks so much and keep it coming. Just to give you a few updates.

RE the closure of some countries, we hate doing this but sometimes we have to. When we do we email all users from the region in question (unfortunately this sometimes ends up in spam folders) and inform them. We also ask them for bank details and process all withdrawals free and quickly.

On the subject of withdrawals I did get PM’ed some questions so here goes. We are implementing a new payment processor in August which will massively increase the speed which we pay out withdrawals and provide many more withdrawal options. I will keep you posted on an exact date for this all well as more information on what we will be providing. If you have any questions or issues before this please let me know and im sure we can be of assistance.

RE the question from HomerBert. He is right, we have listened and we will take action! As I am sure you can all appreciate changes don’t happen overnight, however I am delighted to tell you that we will be updating the site to make it easier for users to know what games they are unable to play should they reside in certain countries. I have been in touch with HomerBert via PM and I hope he is happy with the outcome.

If you have any more issues, questions or suggestions please keep them coming. The best way for us to make MoneyGaming the best Casino it can be is to listen to your feedback and act upon it.

Best of luck to all on the games.

Thanks
Paul

Welcome to the forum Paul. Can you enlighten me as to which countries are restricted? Thanks.

Am I reading the SUB terms correctly here?

1) It's a post-wager bonus

and

2) It's only released when 25xD+B is wagered?

Assuming that's correct a £150 deposit gets a £150 'bonus' but I then need to wager £7500 (25x150+150) before my 'bonus' is actually playable/withdrawable?

Actually, in fact, it gets worse. Even after the £7500 is wagered and the 'bonus' is released, that still needs to be turned over once before it can be withdrawn!

Seriously bad terms IMO, and certainly enough to put me off. Stretching the definition of the word 'bonus' past breaking point too.

IGT and Aristocrat? I'd love to play there, even with shitty terms or no bonus at all!

Not happening though.

hi did a little test yesturday , some nice games had a little withdrawal sent in id doc , sent paul a email aswell , super smooth to be honest its in my account today so thumbs up for that ( thankyou ) i see your point choppers to what your saying i only dropped in a small deposit to test out , but even though i didnt get any bonus due to not playing for long it did not stop me from making my withdrawal which i was happy about, screen shot to follow )

Hi chuchu59

The list of fully restricted countries is below. I will get a list of additional countries which individual providers block asap.

Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Cook Islands, Cuba, Cyprus, Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Ivory Coast, Lao, Libya, Macau, Monaco, Myanmar/Burma, Nauru, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Republic of Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Africa , Spain, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United States, Uzbekistan and Zimbabw.

ChopleyIOM, you are correct, in order to release the 1st deposit bonus max of 150 you must wager 7500 plus the bonus amount. As mrjones has pointed out we do not restrict a user’s ability to withdraw with this bonus structure. Our thinking behind this was that users would rather this as it would provide them with the flexibility to withdraw when they wish.

That said we are listening and we welcome your feedback. Our promotions team are on the case and we hope to offer a choice of welcome packages in the future including a pre wager bonus option. It will take a few months for us to put this in place but we are confident that once it is available it will rival any offered within the industry.

It is worth mentioning our fantastic loyalty bonus which rewards our players each week Outdated URL (Invalid) as well as our daily promotions which we believe offer excellent value Outdated URL (Invalid). Today’s promotion is our “Risk Free Friday” Outdated URL (Invalid) and over the weekend you can partake in our wonderful “Bonus Sprint” Outdated URL (Invalid).

Please keep the feedback coming.

Thanks
Paul

Good to see the Moneygaming rep very active and responding to all points. This bonus certainly has its downsides, but it seems to meet the standard offers available. I have regularly seen 50xD+B, so this is quite reasonable in comparison.

Games wise, you have Aristocrat, IGT, Chartwell, Barcrest, Incredible Technologies and Ainstworth. There is probably more, but these are plenty for my liking. It's a shame the table games are the Wagerwork's ones, which look dated in my opinion.

Cashing out is pretty fast, in my account in 24 hours.

A few things:

Mini Blackjack on the withdrawal screen???? REALLY?

I have seen a reply re additional payment methods in the pipeline but the inability to withdraw to the debit card I deposited with is pretty poor.

£7.50 for a bank transfer??? Seems a little steep to me in this age of fast payments.

Other than that, absolutely love the Aristocrat games. Amazing they aren't more widely available.

Hi Patriot66

Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it.

To cover the points you have raised. We do indeed have Mini Blackjack on various screens on MoneyGaming.com. The feedback we have received from our customers thus far has been positive however like all things this is continuously under review.

Re debit cards, you are correct we do not currently have the ability to allow users withdraw to credit or debit cards. We will have this in place however in just a few weeks’ time. The charge of £7.50 may seem excessive however this is the price the bank currently charges.

Once our new payment processor is in place we will not be charging for standard withdrawals via bank transfer or back to card. In the meantime I am happy to refund any forum member the £7.50 with site credit* to play our wonderful games. Simply drop me a PM here over the next few weeks until our new payment processor is live with your username and I will personally apply the credit to your account.

Thanks

Paul

*Site credit is a non withdrawable credit to your account. Any winnings from site credit will be real cash which you may withdraw. Max two refundable withdrawals per week.

shame

no australia on this one damn igt and aristocrat as there our venue machines and only offer 87% payout on a good day seem a lot less i think the rule of thumb when it come to igt and aristocrat is if there in your local there not going to work online bit of a shame too id love to play them with "decent odds"

It would be much more appealing towards players if the bonus would be able to wager with right from the start and not offered as an after wager incentive ;(
