Hi Everyone,
Although I've been a member for awhile, this is my first post....it will be obvious in a few lines
Monarch has been offering insane no deposit bonuses, so I thought I would give them a try. I've had a few software issues (having to restart the software every 10 spins) which when I complained they told me they were working on the "windows 8 bug". Fair enough.
Tonight I was playing "diamonds are forever" and I had a 3 bet (max) and I was confused over the fact I was not getting the stated amount on the pay table.
I hit a line with 2 bells, which says x2
I only got my bet x1
I had observed this so many times I stopped my autoplay to check it out- figured I was wrong. The conversation I had with the rep was even more confusing. It seemed like he/she was spurting off a bunch of facts and stating they have the right to change anytime- but I just don't understand if I'm reading it right? Can you have the "right" to change a pay table that you are still advertising? I could very well be wrong in how I'm reading it. I was max betting all night, and just brought it down and hit 25x autoplay. I'm just confused...
