Slow Pay Mona Casino - Need help

I know Mona is affiliated with Rome which I do believe doesn't have the greatest reputation but I could really use some help in understanding how, if it is even possible, to get them to pay me. I have emailed my account manager - no response, the payment manager, who had a good first response but not ever after the first one, I have called and they tell me to email. One long run-around. If anyone could provide some guidance I would appreciate it.

If you knew Mona was connected to Rome, and that Rome are crap, then why did you play there?

I just don't get it.

The reps from Rome were banned for deception and BS, so there is nothing CM can do to help you.

Look at it as a lesson learned and be pleasantly surprised if they pay you.

Stick to the CM accredited list in future and you can't go wrong.

Unfortunately I played there before I even started looking into who was truly reputable and who wasn't. I now have over $11k sitting in my account that I probably will never see...such a bummer.

What Nifty said, anyone joining a Top Game casino and are not put off by their T&C`s (maximum payout x amount deposited), have not read them properly imo.
