Mobile version of Next casino not letting me enter bonus codes.

Just curious if anyone experiences this.
I go to deposit on the mobile version of Next and it never supplies an option to enter a bonus code. I accidently spilt drink in my laptop falling asleep on doa last week so cant use my laptop to deposit, which would work fine.
I tried explaining this vis email and the first response was only " what bonus code i was reffering to" .
Missing the main point.

I gave the code and repeated the problem - which is that for as long as i continue to use the mobile version i will never be able to enter any bonus codes.. there simply is no option for me to do so.

With casinoluck, i get the option to select a bonus, or enter bonus code or choose that i dont want any bonus.
So as an example to the main problem, i suggested that i am able to enter a bonus code or select no bonus at casinoluck mobile while going through the deposit process, but never have the option to do so at next casino while on the mobile version.

The only reply this time i got to that was "this is next casino enquiries, for casinoluck enquiries please contact casinoluck help centre"

I can log in to the regular website on my tablet, where naturally i do get the option to select a bonus or enter a bonus code. But if i deposit and type in the code on the regular website while using my tablet, it tries to complete the transaction in a new opened which it opens via the mobile version. By doing so it tries to finish the transaction on the mobile site that has been logged out due to using the regular site, and fails due to being logged out.

I cant be bothered to explain it a third time in an email, and it is certainly not a question for casinoluck. but i am curios if any other mobile users experience the same.

While I didn´t check myself if there is in fact an option, I may know a workaround.

Depending on which phone you are using, the browsers usually have the fuction "use desktop version".

If yours has no such option I suggest you download Chrome for mobile and use the option there.

It's always been like that. Sometimes it wouldn't even show the monthly reload bonus for whatever reason.
Like the poster above me said, just switch the phone no "desktop site" and deposit that way. You might need to enter the url as www.nextcasino.com again, rather than m.nextcasino.com.
