Avoid this place like the plague...... Here goes

I signed up approx 6 weeks ago via an affil. The offer was a $10 free chip. I verified my phone number via support and was given the $10 free. Lost it and decided not to deposit there.

I was sent a hell of a lot of spam over the next few weeks. All sorts inc the 777% free email. I then had an email saying I have been granted a $10 free chip and was given a code to quote to live support to claim it.

I went to live chat, quoted the code and when they finally came on they asked how I was and I did not get a reply regarding the code.

A few days later I once again went into live support, quoted the code and someone replied. They told me I already had $10 free from the exclusive affil offer and thus i'm not entitled to this $10 free. I explained that it was weeks after I had the $10 exclusive affil bonus and that they sent this email direct to me. I said that its clearly misleading if they are sending offers to players that they are not eligible for and asked to just close my account. I specifically asked to be self excluded (I didn't mention this to them but it was because I gathered self excluding is taken seriously and means an instant account lock and no more spam). They told me the request has been sent and this will be done.

Something like a week later I had a phone call from them... Marketing which was trying to get me to deposit. I tried logging in out of curiosity and my account was still fully active. I explained all to live support, who told me to email support to get my request done.

I emailed support on the 30th March explaining everything... The email I sent explained the entire situation (as I typed it here) and included:

"I wondered why I was still getting marketing calls from you as my account should be self excluded"

and

"Please go ahead with my request" (referring to to being self excluded)

I had an automated reply with a ticket number but never actually received a reply from them.

Today I get an email...From yep "Mission2game" titled "Your Spring Bonus" direct from support@mission2game.com


I'm not going to bore anyone with the content but it goes on about some crap about a 222% bonus and I pissed myself when I read "Also we want to give $10 free chips ,with the code 10M2G,so you may enjoy our games."


These guys are absolute crooks. Like I care about $10 free. They are spammers, send offers to people who are not eligible for them and most importantly completely ignore requests of self exclusion. In fact they seem to do the opposite (in this situation) and phone/send more emails after someone has made a self exclude request.


Added note: I understand that free chips often involve deposits between. I mean I don't expect 2 free chips in a row for nothing. Yet it was their email direct to me and some casinos may give out 2 free chips in a row to tempt players to deposit. What I don't like is having the offer sent direct to me when it's an offer I am not entitled to.


Trust me and others on this forum... Avoid these guys like the plague because they are very shady
