ATTN: Casino Rep Missing withdrawal from Novibet

Hi,

I signed up with Novibet after reading great things about them here.

The initial experience was great; friendly support team, nice welcome offer and even a Royal Flush on Bonus Poker within a few days of opening the account.

Unfortunately I now have a withdrawal that has gone missing and I'm getting a 'not our problem' response from customer support.

It's particularly frustrating as subsequent withdrawals have arrived in the usual timeframe. I'm sure there is a glitch somewhere, but need some assistance from the Novibet Rep to get this ironed out.

I did send a PM but think it must have been missed. If someone could tag the rep I would appreciate it.

Can I ask how you were withdrawing?

I have had two small payouts (both under £50) missing from two sites this week, and on both sites subsequent withdrawals have been in the bank much quicker.

Its a Santander Mastercard - and it transpires Santander have had a delay on their end - when you log in to their mobile banking app it advises accordingly - Nothing to do with the two casino's.

They both appeared last night. If it a similar issue it may well be the bank not Novibet

That was my exact situation. A Santander Mastercard was the reason for the delay.

I'm pleased to report that the funds cleared into the account on Thursday night, just as yours did.

I have let the rep know by PM.
