Missing deposit 1000€ Mr.Bit

Hi there!

Last evening, I‘ve made some deposits at Mr. Bit . In total around 1300€.
Unfortunately, I had no luck chosing the right games or the correct number playing roulette, so I decided to give it a last try with a last 1000€ deposit with Klarna.

The other deposits have been processed by Trustly without any issues.

After typing in my TAN to validate my deposit request, the amount got instantly deducted from my bank account and didn‘t appear in my casino account.

Immediately contacted the support co-worker and asked for help and I was told to send them a screenshot from this transaction to support the investigation.

After providing the screenshot by mail... silence. :(

Now I need some advice regarding this missing deposit, cause I‘m shortly before requesting a chargeback at my bank. ( Timeframe for recall 24 hours )

You never know it might still reach your casino account, maybe there is a delay.

Let us know if you hear anything. I am not familiar with your payment method as I use Bitcoin to deposit and once it took until the next day to reach the casino, I was also worried at that time so I know how you feel :(

What could be a next step and how long shall I wait, until I request further help?

Would the problem be with Klarna and have you contacted them? The money has to be somewhere 1000 is a lot of money. You said you never had a problem before using the other method so I think the problem must be with Klarna.

Sorry that is all I can think of for now :(

The support co-worker told me, that their team is investigating the failed deposit with Klarna.
This was the last information, which was given to me.

I’m not annoying the support staff with hourly emails, but it feels so awful not to know, where the money went.:(

Maybe all you can do for now is wait being the weekend. I am glad they told you that they investigating it. I think you might get your money back fingers crossed :)

Username has been send few minutes ago.

As I can see, 1000€ have been credited to my Mr.Bit account.

This was ++ customer support, and I‘m happy, that my money was credited to my casino account.

I nearly had a heart attack, hope this will never happen again.:oops:

My issue is solved and I‘m fully satisfied :thumbsup:

I have the same problem with Klarna/Sofort. Money gone from bankaccount, but not in my Jefe casino account. But Jefe doesn't help like your casino did. They send me back to Sofort, and Sofort tells me it has been paid. :-(
