Now when you look at that what does it say to you
£266 win ?
Well I got it on a free spin bonus and the free spins ended and all I had was a £5 win added ????
Oviously this must be an error so I contacted support and said think the game has errors I won the qmount show can you look at this please
I double checked on all the screens and
Saw nothing that it would other then show relate to and won the money

On checking your screen shot and the account records, I see that in the session 44205822 game 1642114129 you have received 266 points, not 266 GBP. Winnings are calculated as follows:
Points x denomination, that means 266 points x 0.02 = 5.32 GBP
Therefore, it has been paid correctly.
