ok. i just had live chat here with neteller. i should of had my bank transfer done on friday but they are having problems lol. i also asked about the card you are refering too. it dont matter what vip level you are this £3 per withdrawl fee by card you do not recieve back. the card takes 21 business days to arrive but been fron uk i should recieve it sooner.

The best thing with it is that you use it as any card to pay with anywhere, for free. There is only a fee when using ATM's.

iam platinum vip at neteller.. even i have to pay fee for using ATM's
i dont see much diffirence as platinum or as gold before... in past i got adjustment of deposits or something or for using it.. it was much better nowadays.. dont know how they do it.. no clue.. i bet they earn alot on me.....

I had the same problem and I PM Andy and he fixed it the same day, I think he said that you get bonus banned when using a bonus 7 times in a row.

Seems fair, but on the other hand, they give out weekly bonuses to loyal players, sending emails to each of them. Redbet's T&Cs should therefore mention that a player can only claim 7 bonuses in a row. But I suppose different rules would apply depending on the loyalty status?
