hello everyone... this is what happen to me which iam feeling too unhappy i know its a bad habbit of me to play again the money i withdrawed...

yesterday i decide to play at redbet again its my thirth deposit since i open account .. i play there becos all the good comments here by other players so i was happy to sign up ....so i made a thirth deposith of 100 euro and got januari loyalty bonus of 50 euro i won 600 euro and dropped to 512 and it was late so i withdraw and went to chat asked or they need any ID or proofs to speed up things.. they told me i need to send Id,proof of adress and proof of deposit methode ... and as neteller user i have two account one is euro and other is usd ...but i deposit with usd neteller becos i thought i was using usd at redbet but i withdraw to my euro...and this morning i checked my mailbox i see i had mail from redbet that my papers were aproved and fine... and i was so happy and i logged into my netellers i dont see anything is paid by redbet... so i logged into my redbet account and see the money is placed back to my account with a message i need to withdraw to the last deposit methode ...as i know i have used both neteller here before...they not do as i requested... which was a very unpleasant feeling ... now i have lose all to the casino which never i had if they had just send to my euro or back to my usd.. ( as i know 32red will do that they just send back to ur last option with out asking)these people said to me we pay back to u as ur last deposit methode why they not just send as they have my both screenshot of both account why they want me to come again and make a extra work and hoping this way it will end to me....MISERABLE IT MADE ME NOW.. thanks redbet... thats a minus point for me... i know this place is good place iam sure of it... but i am too undisciplined and have weakness... and this place just made a nice profit on me... :confused: they should know better and just send it...weird weird for me soemtimes...

You deposited using neteller and won
We requested ID verification.
As your chosen withdrawal method didn't match a previous deposit method we halted the withdrawal and put the funds back into your account until we could verify where to pay?

Is that it or have I missed something?

Redbet is not the only casino to employ this deposit/withdrawal method. 32 Red and Redbet are both fantastic casinos but that dosent mean they will both have the same deposit/withdrawal policies, there aren't many casinos that do. Casinos have their own methods of "doing things" and that's why its important to be familiar with their policies prior to depositing.

I'm sympathetic towards you're situation but also slightly confused, you claim you wouldn't have spent the withdrawal money... but how long did you take before spending that money?

Not the casinos fault :)

Whilst I can understand a small amount of your frustration, ALL CASINOS will send the withdrawal back to the deposit method last used if they can, if you weren't sure then the onus is on you to check with live support. Why if you have used both Netellers before did you not send a screenshot of both? you didn't think they may ask or need them?

They cannot be blamed for you playing it all away, I bet if instead of playing you jumped on live chat explained it would have been sorted before you lost it all.

this just pissed me off... i have no problem at all with losing or winning money its perfectly normally in all casino... its the problem.. I WITHDRAW AND THEN IT CAN GO WRONG AND ENDING UP WITH NOTHING....

Hold on a moment, did Redbet push the spin button for you? things can go wrong and that's when you go and find out why, not go and lose it all and then complain.

Trust me I understand your frustration, your just pointing the finger in the wrong direction.

YES i send my screenshot first one of usd neteller.. after i found out i was playing with euro i have made new screenshot of my euro and send on a seperated mail again saying i was using euro and want the money into my euro neteller so i dont lose money on transaction exchange fee....as i thought this place has so good comments it should be NO problem..as these people saying on the rules it will send back to ur last deposit methode.. why they then not just do it... this gives me no good feeling to end up this .... i had deposit with love again if i had received it on any of my neteller account... now this i just want to blame the casino of my own weakness .. yes i know... but thats how i feel right now

no they didnt put the finger on they button.. all they did is place money back into account as instead of sending to me... like u put a piece of cheese there and the mouse will bite...

If you have that hard to resist playing that you can't take a minute talking to livechat, you might should get another interest than gambling. They would probably have solved it and paid you in just a few minuts.

Think of the opposite situation. What if you had won $1000 more...would you still have complained?

its not the case i lose or win more its the case a withdraw is a withdraw to neteller... my day supose to be like this i wake up i check my mail ...i see redbet mail and saying this... we are pleased we have processed ur withdraw... wish u a happy day... and then i so happy i go to redbet and deposit and lose all back.. and no one to blame... i prefer this last way to lose my money and not to get frustated and milk out my weakness....

We all want everything to work out well, but that's not how life works.

I don't think you feel better now after this thread, and it was not very nice to accuse Redbet for your mistakes.
You need to find a strategy, and a way to calm down if this would happen again.
...or take a break from playing for a while.

yes u totally right... once again... i hate when i withdraw and then it can go wrong....i blame then and most part to my self... but as acredited casino this shouldnt be a problem... and when i not had played again.. and came to redbet andy he would take care aswell but why not in the first place....... i have letting the chat support know yesterday i was happy to play there of all the good comments... and i still believe they are great place to be... sometimes this problem should not be a problem at all ..... why they not process it and then tell me sir this time we have process it as u wish for the next time u have to choose the last way of deposit or make their software that u cant choose another way to withdraw

1. You deposited with a USD Neteller account and requested a WD to your EUR Neteller Account.

2. Documents were approved (on your USD Account) and they told you to Withdraw to your USD Account.

3. Since the amount is about $500 it would have paid INSTANTLY IF you went on to Live Chat and told them that you had withdrawn to your USD Account. - You did not, you played it back.

It's not like Redbet leave withdrawals pending for days like some accredited Casinos. I made a withdrawal earlier and was paid in 20 minutes.

The Casino is absolutely faultless here - Sorry if you could not take 30 seconds to hit withdraw then pop on to live chat then I can't fathom how you would cope with a 4 day pending WD.

yes like i said they are perfectly great place and i was expecting my first withdraw .. and end up with nothing in a way i not supose it would it go happen.... my fault i know.... my weakness i know...just not happy its been put back of doin something to make my wish as requested ...

About a week ago I made a deposit to Heypoker using the same option I use at Redbet (i'm verified at Redbet and have made tons of deposits and a few cashouts with said option). Tripled my deposit and cashed out. The next day my cashout was still pending so I asked support for flushing. They couldn't proceed with the cashout because it was my first with Heypoker and had to wait for a supervisor which shouldn't be back for a couple of days. Obviously I lost it all.

Is it just me or shouldn't it have been fine to proceed with my withdrawal since my Heypoker-account is basically a clone of my Redbet-account?

like if i go to a real casino and i bring 100 bills notes of 5 euros and after i make 2000 euro i go to cashier the cashier not gonna tell me sir we have to give u back in notes of 5's she will most probaly say any preferred bills sir..

Completely agree. I wish I could play at a casino that pays that fast. I gaurantee you if it was just a matter of jumping into chat to get things sorted out I wouldn't ever consider playing money back. We've all played money back before (for me once, a few years ago it was OVER $10,000) so I know that sick feeling of WTH did I just do. :eek: But it never ocurred to me to blame anyone but me.

There will be a next time for a withdraw (if you continue playing) and at least now you know everything is set to go. Let this time be a learning lesson and move on. It happens.

to be honest this saturday happen to me at partycasino... i withdraw amount of 3500 and its was aproved instantly...within few hours i had my money... i choose to play again since they so fast... i deposit 1400 and made 8800 and withdraw... this time its not instantly aproved ..wtf i made few calls and chat.. they say it needs wait 3 business days... wtf... i got frustated reversed some by some till its was gone... thanks partygaming aswell .... i hate places like this who is inconsistantly with this just to get the player weakness out.. they know i will reverse and play when they let me wait for this kinda of time.. cos i had done 4 times before total sum of more then 25.000 usd

and also this ..yesterday.. at chat at redbet.. i had conversation with LInda... i asked where i can see my bonus wagering... she gave me a link.... and i say do u i need to send any Id or something.. she say .. sir u cant withdraw cos of a bonus balance.. ofcourse i know i cant.. and she ads .. as u can lose all ... means thats their plan all the way to let u lose....

Seriously? Come on man, it's called gambling. And the more you post the more it seems you may have serious gambling issues that are controlling you more than you are controlling them. You have certain wagering requirements you have to meet. Of course you could lose it all. Of course that's the plan. It's how they make money. Will you always lose? No. Will you always win? No. Will you always be fully responsible for your OWN actions/reactions/deposits/losses/playbacks? YES.

For some reason as a seasoned and responsible gambler your posts are annoying me and I don't even play at the same casinos since I'm in the US. I just hate seeing a casino slammed because of your irresponsibility and weakness.

Hi HIGHIQ,

From your post it seems that they just asked you to process your withdrawal back to your other Neteller account, so why would you not just do this and then they process your withdrawal (from what I have read in the past, lightening fast). I think it is a bit rude that you start all of this about a very good casino when in essence instead of clicking the mouse a few times to resubmit the withdrawal, you lost the funds and now blame Redbet on using some tactic to get your money when all they have shown in the past is operation of a decent and honest casino.

Neteller is not just Neteller if you have 2 accounts. Basically Redbet is following the anti money laundering laws set by the LGA and are part of the licensing process, if they did not abide by these rules then they could lose their license. Party, 32Red are licensed in Gibraltar which have different regulations to follow so perhaps their anti money laundering laws are a little different to the LGA.

Just my 2 cents.

You can not rely on ALL casinos to be instant regarding withdrawals. You played back 25000$ Really? Sure i too have made reversals and played back my balance. But when i do i feel really ashamed and stupid. And i ONLY blame myself. And i dont reverse anymore...because that can be a dark place.. Think about it... In the most cases the withdrawal is just one nights sleep away. In this case it wasn´t. Thats why you needed to check some simple things like - Why? And it would have been solved rather fast.

In this case you can´t even for a moment blame the casino. Redbet is a good fair casino and they dont want to screw anyone, cause you know, screwed customers dont come back.

And i know Andy didnt open a champagne bottle to celebrate the moment you played it back. But right is right, and you are wrong. Learn some discipline...

But no one is perfect, i myself have a habit of asking for free chips (one too many maybe?) that i feel i am "entitled" to, when i am on a bad run. But they dont result in withdrawals anyway so, whatever makes you happy right =)

its just i am not happy with all those bad moments this week .. too much of same kind why not four of a kind?!? lol
