Millionaire - No Customer Service(EXCLUDED GAMES?)

It's very nice that Millionaire gave me back the money I had lost while their software was set to take all the players money, but now they've put money into my account and will not respond when I email them or when I PM them through casinomeister to tell me -


I know these guys have a bad rep (reading on this site) with regards to terms and taking players money, so I don't want to do anything I shouldn't.
It's pretty clear on their site

Those are the terms now, but not necessarily when I got my bonus - point is, I SHOULD be able to get a response when I PM them through casinomeister, but I don't.

Do we know that link for PM'ing Millionaire is working? Bryan?
