Millionaire Casino (English Harbor Group) Stealing My Winnings

This problem happened to me in december. I pmed the rep and I am suppose to recieve a reply back this week. I will be sure to post the results. It is for over $400 so this is a pretty big deal for me and cannot afford to lose this much and still continue to play online.

Millionaire reopened my account and credited back the $850 in winnings that were confiscated. Thank you to Millionaire Casino, Bryan, and the forum members here who made this possible.

Like I said earlier if I was paid I would post it here. I was sent an e-mail saying I was going to be paid.

This is a question to all casino operators that I am sure has been asked a lot.

Why do you continue to try and screw your customers? It cannot be good pr to do this. Especially when anytime people are screwed it is posted here or told by world of mouth. If you do not want to give people bonuses then do not offer it. Offer it as a bonus for wagering a certain amount of money. But do not screw your customers after they deposit their money and meet YOUR terms and conditions.
 
I think we may see better online casino practice from this English Harbour group going forward.

The new owner, L&G's CEO Alistair Assheton has already made his presence felt on these issues, and I am informed that he has ordered an early management meeting with EH people at which various issues will be addressed with a view to improving player service and efficiency.

This is a genuine guy and I think good things will result.

I still haven't received my money. PAB a while ago and just PM'd MC_Host, so we'll see if they can straighten my account out also.
