casino rewards and zodiac casino stole my winnings!

Hello.i have an account with zodiac casino. i have deposited 1$,received a 20$ bonus, made the playthrough and the withdrawed 400$.everything was ok until i ve requested a withdrawall.two days after i requested the withdrawall, when i was waiting for my money, the told me that my account is blocked!

But i didn't broke the T&CS. I have requested the bonus from my personal computer!not from another computer.so, the bonus was claimed from one person and from one computer/ip.after i have wagered the required amount for the bonus and all the money in my account were withdrawable,
i have played from another computer (workplace- where it can be somebody who requested the bonus from there)! but i have claimed the bonus and fullfill the requirements for it from my personal computer!i can prove this!

so:

1) made my account from my personal computer - no one made another account from this computer
2) claimed the bonus from the same computer - no one claimed the bonus from this computer
3) wagered the bonus from same computer - after this all my balance was withdrawable - so the bonus was completed - no one done this from this computer

4) logged in casino account from other computer - here it can be someone who played before me - but i didn't claimed any bonus from this computer!


So i didn't broke the TCs...

Today they have sent me 1$ in my moneybookers account!but i have withdrawed 400$ .where are my money?please help me!

Just some friendly advice....

Try to be calm and explain your issue as clearly as you can, without using ????? And !!!!!.....this comes across very aggressive and may stop others helping you. :)

Submit a complaint to the KGC (Kahnawake Gaming Commission). They have been pretty effective recently, and in one case told Casino Rewards to pay half a player's winnings because the term he broke was not in the same place as the bonus terms.

Zodiac casino's $1 for $20 seems to be generating quite a few complaints, and it is likely this is because of multi account fraud where players sign up numerous accounts, deposit $1, and withdraw only when they have won, hoping the other accounts will not be connected. This is a highly lucrative bonus for the multi accounters to scam, so it is likely they are extra vigilant. They have managed to connect accounts from your work computer to you, and these accounts have likely taken the $1 for $20 and lost. No bonus has been claimed from your work computer using your details, but no doubt different details have been used on this same computer, but there has been a common connection between all these accounts that just shouldn't be there if these were really different people. It could be as simple as one of these other accounts having been accessed from your personal computer that claimed the bonus at the work computer and lost it all.

This is one reason why you should NEVER play from a shared computer that others may have used to claim bonuses, nor allow others to play (and especially register) casino accounts on your personal computer. You should also never share deposit methods, such as using your friend's card or wallet account to fund your own casino account, or the other way round.

1) Contact Renee, the Casino Rewards rep
2) Make a formal PAB here.

You should also refrain from posting further about this, as this may prevent option 2 being available to you.

I STRONGLY suggest you slow down, read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ, follow the advice offered there and in my email to you. There is very good reason to expect a good results in your case, let the system work for you instead of you working against it.

When i read this and consider the way the OP "formulates" his posts i feel there is a lot more going on that he's not telling.
If you start a post with a list of things that you ARE "allowed" to do, it usually means you did some bad stuff too.

We'll have to see what the PAB brings and i really hope i can be proven wrong here.

As it happens I have decided not to take this case on.

I've read over the Pitch-A-Bitch and material I have received from Renee. The OP asked for her help then repeatedly made and broke promises to her, called her and the other casino personnel racists, threatened to call "the internet police" and the courts, lied to her and ignored the good advice she gave after agreeing to comply.

Then the OP ignored the Forum Rules regarding posting complaints, lied to us on the forums and in the PAB saying Renee "didn't want to help", ignored the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ, and so forth.

Regardless of what language this person speaks or where they are from there is no excuse for such disrespectful and deceitful behaviour. I do not believe that such actions should be rewarded with the benefits of our Pitch-A-Bitch service.

I've told the OP to follow the advice given at the beginning of the Pitch-A-Bitch process and take the case to eCOGRA since Zodiac is eCOGRA certified.

(In case anyone wonders I've already Reported this post so Bryan will know of it ASAP.)

In reading the OP's original post, it looks like they're saying they took the deposit bonus and played from work, then took the same deposit bonus and played from home - thinking that playing from two different computer/IPs would be ok because the casino couldn't prove it was them who played from work. Or am I reading it wrong?

ZODIAC told me that the winnings were confiscated and nothing else....they have the right to steal the customers money without explanation and without profs? i think not, but they didn't think like me!

anywhell, nobody wanted to help me to prove with documents, with screenshots of internet connections, to verify the IP's....nobody nobody!!!!!

anywhell thanks a lot for reading about my problem!!! i will action ZODIAC CASINO in the Justice Monday morning! i ve spoked with my layer and i think i will get more than 400$ from zodiac casino!!! we registered all the proofs at the Court Of Justice in Bucharest and Monday we will proceed to action this in Justice!!!

Has your lawyer checked that gambling debts are enforceable under Romanian law? If not, you would only be able to sue for the return of your $1, which you got back anyway. From experience, I find it hard to believe you have gone all the way to a court hearing in a few days, so I think you are bluffing, and have done no such thing.

There is nothing wrong with your quoted email other than the appearance of panic and desperation in your plea, which immediately weakens your negotiating position. It is the rest of the communications that appear to have been considered offensive.

This all taken together looks like an attempt to bully the casino into making a quick payment before it has time to consider the evidence in more depth, which has now revealed 15 accounts, presumably all from the two computers at work and at home.

This is almost a "free chip" offer, and such offers are targetted by multi-accounters. Operators know this, so make careful checks not only on winning accounts, but on suspicious losing accounts that appear to be linked to it.
